I just moved to the area and right now I am staying with family. I needed to put my things in storage, and I went to a few places checking prices. When I walked in Emily and Jet were very energetic to greet me, and making me feel welcome. Emily was very confident in herself and we had a great time talking. They explained to me they took over this property from a different storage company and they have added great features to the property, lets just say, it looks great! I then made my decision to store my things here, because I knew I would feel safe and welcomed at this property. I will recommend iStorage to everyone I know that needs to store things. Thank you Emily and Jet for your great personalities!

Basic, standard storage. Employees were nice and things were processed fast. There are times when the gate doesnt close completely and anyone can go through. Also, dont believe them if they tell you you can get a partial refund before the first week. I was told by 2 different employees that I could get partial refunds if I move out by the 5th, I moved out then, but I got a call the day after saying they wont be able to. Wouldve given a higher rating, but I dont like being lied to. Update: A month after I checked out, they still sent me emails about unpaid payments. Terrible systems. Use other storages even if its just a little bit more expensive.

Although the store is under construction cosmetically this facility is one of the nicest in the Winter Park area. Ive been doing my shopping online as well as walking into different stores. From the time I opened the door I was shown nothing but great customer service. Emily and Jet were very polite and friendly while they helped me find exactly what I needed. I rated this location with 5 stars because I truly believe they love their jobs and know what theyre doing. If you need storage I would recommend iStorage Winter Park Forsyth be where you get it.

The gate has been broken and open for several weeks now. Anyone could enter and break your things. They randomly acquired the old owners and changed all the rules without letting anyone know. They started charging more money and the people in the front office are very confrontational

Ive never experienced such great customer service like I do in this place. I am always treated with respect. Their security and cleanliness is great and I have no worries in the world leaving my stuff stored with them.

The employees are very friendly, and gate works as it should. Never have had a single problem or worry about anything. Overall a great place to keep your belongings.
