I used storequest before had no problems I was happy with the management before so I thought I would use them again. To my surprise under new management so I was ok with that and moved in! First off unit was in far back no cameras people using units as shops to work on cars, paint and body, auto repair, tire repair, and more also notice people from other units knew each other as back and fourth seen them trading stuff. So I needed to get some some stuff from my unit open my door to my surprise had tools, tool box, paint guns, body tools, pressure washer stolen from my unit! Lock was picked office personal was out to lunch at the time so had to call after hours phone she told me she will be back in a hour so I waited she told me to file report to Ins. and file report to Sheriff online told me not to call Sheriff because they take to long to show up just do it online. I done everything I was told she never came back to take any pictures of unit and told me that someone else had the same happened to them. It took months for the Ins. to denied my claim because they said there was no forced entry to my unit. Also they said the lock could not be picked I researched and found that these locks can be picked and very easy I also think the employees know who stole my stuff and they know what is going on in these units. Also due to my claim less than $2000 would have to be small claims court. I do not recommend this storage company at this location.

My stepmother passed, her home sold, then the buyers wanted in NOW -- not in a month as first planned, so we needed storage immediately. This location is awesome for working with emergencies. We got a unit and moved everything within 2 days. Now as we move out, I look back over our eight months there, and realize how thankful I am for the staff who worked with me, helped make the transition easier, and who were willing to work with me when I arrived by myself on my mobility scooter and needed assistance to access the unit. I would recommend this location to anyone and will return to them if I ever have need of storage again. We did not have climate controlled unit, but the piano and other furniture were well protected and we had absolutely no bugs or other visitors inside our unit. Thanks gang -- yall were great!!

Ok. Got a call from them telling me my units was broken into last night they found it with the lock broken and door up. No cameras in my units area to see who did it at all. Not only my unit was broken into but their were also others one your units down from mine was broken into also. Nothing was stolen from unit but when I got their to inspect it their was rat dropping and urine over all of my belonging and mattress. My Brown leather sofa was ruined covered in mold and mildew. I have been in my unit in over a year probably it was disgusting. And to make matters worse they raised my unit rent 2 months ago and this is what happens and my stuff ruined. Horrible.

Would never recommend this place. Had a climate controlled unit there for a little over 6 months. When we went to remove our things we noticed someone stole a lot of our belongings. Basically over $3,000.00 in electronic items, our kids games consoles, electric scooters and much more. I did a police report and a caim thru their insurance company and we were told we were not covered. So, who is going to replace what weve lost? Now we are trying to figure out the next step. In this place you pay more to have a unit with A/C but you are truly making it easier for thiefs to stole your belongings from the inside.

DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE! RAT INFESTED STORAGE UNITS!!!! My family rented two units from this place and when we went to remove some items, there was rat droppings everywhere. Most of the items were ruined and furniture was chewed. When I asked for explanations from the office, the clerk came to the unit to inspect and she herself got dizzie from the smell that came out of that storage unit; however, told us that there was nothing we could do. Insurance doesnt cover it, and will do nothing to help. AGAIN, DO NOT store your belongings here, because you will loose everything you own!

Goldenrod storage has been Awesome. They will and gone above and beyond to help.They are also very social and pleasant when you go in. Very nice laid back and friendly . They talk to you as a person not a number on your unit.They know everyones name that has a unit,and are always golf carting through to make sure everything is fine. They even take the time to say hi as they stroll trough the property .They also have the cameras up in the office That makes me feel very safe going to my outside unit alone. And I know my items are safe as well.

Maya took care of me. I went to 4 different placesand got the run around. Reps trying to give me what I didnt need and spaces too small. But Maya took me out and showed me the space and told me how much space I would be using. The best part is the discount. I only paid 1 penny for the space. God bless this place for having decent people like Maya working for them. I would have gone thrust a rough day but Maya looked out. God bless you Maya.

I love this place because Myra is my favorite really sharp, ready to help you if you need it. in case you need to make any changes always reliable and always notifies you whenever anything is needed or theres a change.. it is great for a month of two but if you are in it for the Long Haul the only downfall is after every 3 to 4 months expect the rate increase. Other than that the staff is very nice friendly and reliable

Upon walking in in was greeted by young lady Mayra whom was pleasant and took her time to guide me for the best unit avaliable for my property. She kept a smile on her face and we related to a lot that made me feel comfortable to store my belongings with your facility. My husband was going thru a tough time finding a storage unit but we just stop by on Goldenrod and the manager by the name of Mayra gave him a great price. She has made it easier for us and it saved us from an arguement which might have caused me to run back up north. Thank you Mayra for thinking about a fellow Newyorker. Stay sweet honey.
