False Marketing! I was very pleased at the concept of this service, where they could receive packages for you, offer you water, and take print outs / copy for you when required. But as I have become a user, either these are marketing gimmicks or at least the staff on the ground is not very happy about the work they have to do to manage these services - touting it as "this is not a part of their job". The company brags about all these services all day long on the radio they have in the storage, but some of the employees dont seem to care much.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We were in the process of relocating from PA to FL and needed a storage facility for the short interim between the sale of our old home, and the purchase of our new one. From 1,000 miles away, I selected this storage facility based on the positive reviews -- we were very pleased. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, with easy to access the units...couldnt have asked for anything better. Highly recommend this cubesmart!

Awesome Staff, Excellent Service and Convenient location. Patty was so nice and helpful. I originally reserved a unit a month before I was able to go in and fill out the paperwork. They were very patient and held the unit until I could get to Orlando. Patty showed me several different units and we discussed what I would be storing. They upgraded me to a larger unit with no problem. The facility is very well kept and clean. I would recommend CubeSmart for all your storage needs!!

Ive used quite a few self storage facilities, but CubeSmart on John Young Pkway, Orlando this storage facilities by far is the best! Cant say enough good things about the staff, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, the process was so smooth, the grounds clean. I would recommend this facility. A big 5 star for them. This place impressed me from the beginning. Clean, nicely decorated, music on all floors, nice and cool on all floors. Cubesmart doesnt cut corners. This is the nicest storage place I have ever been to. Staff was very nice too. I LOVE the covered area that you can pull cars trucks and even big trucks into for loading and unloading.

PROS- Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was knowledgable and very comprehensive. Patty is a delight! CONS- Need more staff... It seems there is usually only one staff member there. If they need to show a customer a unit, the service desk will be empty.
