Decal Commander

We got locked in the facility because they let us in but didnt set up my passcode properly so we couldnt get out. Called customer service twice just to get out. They didnt have the right emergency code apparently....My girlfriend almost peed herself, luckily there was an opening in the fence and she was able to go to a nearby gas station with one of our helpers.(Yes an opening in the fence. Which anyone could have gotten through.) After an hour of being locked in and our stuff sitting outside the gate with someone else waiting with it, someone has to call my number and give us a passcode to get out of this place. And Im pretty sure he wasnt even in this state. Sad the lengths that you have to go through to get help with something they messed up in the first place. I had to drive all the way back out there just to create a whole new passcode. Which should be an option over the phone! And the manager didnt say a word but "sorry" and "have a good day". Poor CS all around at this place. (at least the hole in the fence was fixed that day) I would take all my stuff out and go somewhere else if I could afford the moving help. But after just having back surgery and with a toddler, money is very tight. Would not recommend.

My experience with Valley Storage has been first-rate from the very beginning, when I inquired about available space. The options for different size units were good, and the reservation process easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and paperless billing very convenient. My unit was clean and easily accessible when I moved my things in, and I have found it very comfortable to return there whenever I need to take items out or put some in. The recent upgrades in the entry code system and the security fence have been handled well, and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit they can get to 24/7/365.

I stored my belongings at Valley Storage for one year. It was very easy to reserve the space, and I found my unit clean and ready for my stuff. With a code to get in and out of the gate I was able to stop by anytime to take things in and out. The upgrades to the gate and fence make it look even better and more secure than before, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

It was very easy to rent a storage unit online. The rental price was very reasonable. Going into the office and signing the lease couldnt have been easier; its done electronically with their software. No chance of flooding of units with the way the area is sloped. Were very happy with our storage unit and rental experience.

Great place to store. Great people. Only thing Id like to see change is opening up both gates for easier access. to the grounds. Its an inconvenience to have to snake your way around to get in and out.
