I have had my stuff there a month maybe , at most. And all of a sudden I have to move my stuff out because the hurricane , when there is no damage to our stuff it could stay there. This is such an inconvenience. The lady at the desk is always rude to my boyfriend and wouldnt even give him the keys to our own stuff and said hey had to mail them, then mailed them to a completely different address. Im calling corporate . Most unprofessional people Ive ever met . Never using this off name again . Dont trust these people !

Ive been storing here since February. Honestly theres no better place to store than here, considering Ive used about 4 places in the past 10 years. The price is great and the staff is awesome (thanks Hannah). I will be moving out of my storage today since I now have all the space in my home that I need but I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. Thanks for all the great customer service.

Hannah is absolute ASSET to her facility and her company. She was extremely friendly, amazingly professional and very knowledgeable. Came to pay my sisters bill & thought I was at a 5 star resort Jon opened the door for me. I asked what was his name bc I have to say something. Thats not normal these days. Margo was so nice we talked for awhile. Made me feel good after leaving. If I needed Storage I will come here. Office was clean and smelled clean.
