I rented a unit for about five or six months at this location, and Im happy to say that it was well worth it. Before I rented here, I mustve researched four other places, which none of them compared to Extra Space Storage. I actually went to a few because I prefer to set up an account face to face. So, after waiting at Public Storage for about 30 minutes to be helped, the personnel still kept stopping to help other people in the middle of my session. This sucked, especially because Id been looking for storage for about 8 hours. My patience was decreasing rapidly!!! How hard can it be to find a company that have all the necessities easy, affordable, and convenient! My journey began at 8 AM trying to find a storage unit. It was now going on about 5 PM!!! Then for some reason, I decided to call Extra Space Storage. I had never heard of them before. They took care of me right over the phone and when I arrived at this location, it was smooth sailing. It took not even 15 minutes to set up. First, I felt like this location was very convenient and quiet--unlike Public Storage where they happen to be inconveniently located across Hwy 192. This is the busiest main road in Kissimmee. Second, the Rep gave me a free month because I told her about my horrible experience with other companies that day, and of course I took the offer. Third, I only planned to rent the unit for a month but ended up staying for about five or six months. Staying at a storage this long wasnt my plan but Im happy it was here. I never really had to deal with the Staff for any issues at all. They were friendly and very approachable--never rude or missing from the office. Fourth, I may have been late twice with my payments (but I let them know ahead of time) and the Staff never inconvenienced me and placed a lock on the unit or blocked my code for the gate entrance!!!!! This was awesome and I felt like I could trust the people here. Finally, the Assistant Manager Angela was very helpful and courteous. My experience with this company is honestly all due to her. Angela was the person who went above and beyond--making sure I didnt have any account issues and also, she made sure the property was clean and safe. This was the best service Ive seen in long time! I give it five stars and thanks again Angela for making this a great experience!!!

I base my experience of this storage facility more, by the way my wife was treated. Were a payment behind and expectedly our bin was double-locked. When my wife came in with the half-due payment, the manager was very rude. Its bad enough they raised the price up every month after the 3 month trial. I thought I would share this experience, so that you can plan YOUR storing needs accordingly. I am currently stuck with them until I clear my account, but I intend to move my articles promptly. I will update this as results occur.

I have been at this storage for a while and I have noticed that as of late the office has been awesome with keeping me aware of any concerns. Alberto has work extreemly well with me resolving some storage issues. Thinking outside the box and offering some feasible and manageable solutions. Best service Ive received since Ive been a tenant here.would most definitely recommend this facility. Much more secured that other facilities in the area.

So Kristian and Alexandro help my husband and I from pulling our hair! We were worried that they wouldnt have any trucks available. Upon checking in, they let us know what our options were about renting a truck. They made sure we got a truck in no more time than we thought wed wait. Thank you guys! I recommend this location.
