The staff are nice but there are often issues with people blocking units and entire sections of the roads and it is difficult to get around as they are one way roads and narrow. They do address it but often too late and they dont find a solution to prevent the issue. They should speak with everyone who rents there from the start to never block or be towed and actually tow them if they sont comply. People leave thier stuff out for days or weeks in non designated areas which also gets in the way and they never say anything about it unless somone complains. Your only allowed 2 days but they dont bother to correct it even though they drive through all the time and see it. There are boats, vehicles and wave runners all over the place. Was never this bad with the old owners. Gate is often jammed as well and it takes them forever to fix it and if your there on the weekend good luck. There were people even seen living in the units and changing clothes at times right out in the open. Bathroom is always disgusting toilet is rarely cleaned and constantly has fecal stains all over it and floors are often covered in what looks like toilet water or urine. Difficult to tell. Sink looks dirty as well. They should clean them daily but it goes weeks sometimes.

Moving can be a very stressful experience... from the moment I called and was greeted by Edwin in such a friendly caring way I felt relieved and trusted him and knew this was the place I needed to use to rent a unit. It doesnt stop there, when I came to do the paperwork Crystal was helping a man and also was so caring, clearly explained everything and was able to help me in no time at all. The facility is extremely clean, unit was climate controlled with alarms on each individual door, the truck I was able to use to move in (free of charge) was clean and in great shape and gas economical. Edwin and Crystal are a perfect example of what real customer service is all about!

I havent even moved in yet and I am already not happy. Although the unit was clean and convenient to access they put a lock on the door before we even got a chance to move in. After leaving Andie on Saturday morning we left to go get our things in another town. When we arrived to put our things in the unit there was a lock on the door. Andie never told us that we need to put a lock on right away and why would we? There was nothing in there. Now we have to wait until Monday for the office to open and we have lost two days on the contract. Should be interesting to see if they will rectify they situation. Honestly I want my money back and I want out.

Ive had a storage unit here for a couple years, and through management changes. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Edwin and John went above and beyond on my last visit!! I told Edwin of a previous issue I had (maybe old mgmt), and he fixed everything on the spot, and very quickly! I saw John outside by unit and I was alone and struggling a bit. Without asking he offered assistance!! After everything they were both in the office and listened to some of my problems that day (not any to do with them). I left in a good mood...they are awesome!! Thank you Edwin and John for your exceptional customer service!

The minute that i walked into the facility I felt safe and it was so clean!. I was greeted by Edwin and he was just awesome in explaining every little detail. I checked out other storage units and nothing can compare of the amazing feeling this facility had given me. To many its just a storage unit but to me its where my personal valuable items will be stored and i felt safe due to all the security features they had and completely clean. the price is completely reasonable. Thank you Edwin and Crystalee you guys are amazing and so friendly you guys made me feel safe and secure. Highly Recommended!!

1st time renting with this company and had a reallllllllllly great experience. The environment was extremely clean and the unit I am renting is a great price for the size. The customer service was on point as well...I believe her name was Adie/Andie (sorry if i got your name wrong/misspelled) that helped me and she went above and beyond to make me feel really good about renting my unit. I would definately recommend US Storage because they are AWESOME and make sure that the customer is getting exactly what they need....Thanks again US Storage!!!

We had to get a unit and we called and they had one ready to go when I got there. TJ handled us with great professionalism and made me laugh as the day was not going well for me. I called to confirm my storage unit and no one picked up so I left a message saying I would be there at 4 or just a bit later. I called again and spoke to who I believe was the owner and said she would have the manager call me. The close time for Saturday is not supposed to be until 5. I got off of work and rushed to them to pay for the rental and possibly use the truck. Literally at 4 they were closed and immediately took off.

The facility is great! Everyone has been very helpful each time I have called to arrange the unit, especially Edwin and Crystal. They are very accommodating. This is only one of two facilities I have found in the Orlando area that has power available in the unit, and the customer service here is great! The location is conveniently located a few miles off 528. I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage space.

Pleasantly greeted upon arriving and very helpful with choosing a storage size considering its my first time renting and have no clue what a 1015 holds. Took us on a tour to view of the storage unit and very helpful with packing techniques to help fit all of my furniture and boxes. Excellent customer service. The facility is clean and security is amazing. Have to give a shout out to Edwin facility manager, he goes the extra mile and truly understands the customers needs. Very profesional and experienced in the field. I would definitely recommend US Storage to everyone not only because of the excellent customer service but also the facility it self is on point.

I had a bad experience with them and I would not recommend anybody. The tenants are more of a problem. They made a big mistake and tried to say that we were living in our storage. They even called the police and caused a big stink. I think the tenants were mistaken and reported the wrong Black folks. I was so embarrassed and the one short girl that smokes was really nasty.
