I am actually very surprised to see that the reviews total a 4.6 for this place. Make one wonder if they are friends and family. The place was full of rats. We lost a box of kitchen items due to rat droppings. When we were moving out a gentleman a row over was very upset that he had to throw away several items due to rats chewing at them.Whem customers pay as much as they charge...extermination would be nice. We had a couple pleasant encounters with one woman that is employed there, however most of them are cocky and DO NOT bend toward a "customer is first" mentality! We moved out at 8pm on the day we were supposed to as to not be charged. My husband called the next day to say that we were out. The woman told him that because we were not out by 6pm we owe $4. We were never told this face to face. She told my husband that it is in the contract...well...it may be. Lol. Even so, is this the customer service you want? We were told that we will recieve phone calls about this $4 until it is paid. NEVER AGAIN! WE WOULD NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE. I dont have time or make time to do reviews. I just made an exception!

I stored my belongings here after Hurricane Matthew distroyed my apartment. A rat got into my boxes chewed up a lot of my stuff and it urinated and defecated on alot of things. The insurance I paid for through them was worthless. Didnt even cover half of what the rat damaged. Plus they wanted extensive documentation of evidence of rodent damage all over $200 with $100 deductible for rodent damage. I told them I have pictures of the rat isnt that enough. The staff was also very rude to me when I left the mess the rat made in the unit. I was told I had to clean the mess up myself or I would be charged a clean up fee. So, I had to go back and clean up the mess their rat made.

This storage location has changed ownership a couple of times since we have been using them. The previous owners and staff, well, quite frankly, they sucked. We are so very happy that JOE is there now!! Our storage unit has been WITHOUT LIGHT for years. ALL we had to do was mention it to JOE "ONCE" and within a day or two it was fixed !!! THANK YOU JOE. Please give Joe many accolades for his excellent customer service and his awesome work ethic !!! - John & Beth Hinzman.

My experience at Public Storage at 2450 Nova Road was above the tongue of reproach. Anne and Debbie were the best of the best. They did everything to help me and made my visit there so much better. They were always cheerful to everyone that came into the facility, offering their services as well. If I had a business, I certainly would like to have Anne and Debbie work for me. I highly recommend this facility. There is non better. Give them a well deserved raise.

Superb customer service. The manager Breanna was great, she made sure our move was quick and easy while making sure my valuables were safe and protected. The property itself was very clean and well kept, the presence of cameras made me feel very safe and secure. Id highly recommend this location over some of the others Ive seen. Thanks, again.

If you book storage dont expect them to honor the discount price that you reserved and locked in. My move in was supposed to be $25, I get there and they tell me I have to pay $85.
