Debi and Terry in the office were so helpful to me yesterday!! The two of them are professional yet lighthearted and made me feel welcome. I am an RN of more than 25 years and have lived in this community for 31 years. I am in Medical Marketing therefore I travel extensively. I randomly stopped at this office to buy a box and tape to ship something by UPS and I had my service dog with me. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful Debi and Terry were to me. They both certainly deserve acknowledgment because they went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling like I had two new friends!!

We called Public Storage late in the afternoon and the associate connected us to our local Public Storage location. We spoke to Dinorah who answered all of our questions and although it was near closing time she waited for us to arrive so that we could secure a bin to store our car while our home was being renovated. Dinorah is a very knowledgeable and friendly-a professional from beginning to end of the transaction. We definitely were pleased with the result and would use Public Storage again. Dinorah and the staff were always courteous. It wasnt until the month of October that I was late due to medical/hurricane emergencies. I received contact and correspond with the District manager Kaleb, but on October 27th he had auctioned off my unit (my and my childs life long belongings) without responding to me AND before the next month was even due. I was then by him basically laughed at and told there are laws that allow my unit to be auctioned off for being 20 days late. If you care about your belongings DO NOT trust this place.

Each subsequent visit has been a pleasant experience and I have been assured as I inspect my belongings that everything remains intact and untouched as well as secure and safe. i visited public storage for the first time with the intention of obtaining informatrion about storage rental.. i was pleasently greeted and all my questions were answerd by a sweet representative named Diana... she gladly showed me around and gave several possibilities of units to rent.. i was intending to do some further research at other vendors, but decided that i no longer had to do that, and that i wanted to rent here, thanks to the friendly and informative service i recieved...

This has been one of the best customer services experiences of my life. The facility is always neat and clean, the staff has been wonderful - not only professional, but helpful and pleasant every time we have had any interaction with them. We feel confident that our belongings will be safe and secure while in storage. We have used other Public Storage facilities, but this is by far the best yet! We will continue to use in Public Storage in the future.

I have to go out of town a lot and have been a week late and even after calling and talking to them they cut the lock on my unit. I told them last month that I was going to be late and have talked to them several times and now they are going to auction off my unit in less than a week that Ive had for a couple of years. All they want to do is sell off the unit. Hate these bastards.

Debi & her staff made it very personable and easy to get the right storage unit for me. I called and when they didnt have the unit I was interested in available they made sure to check other locations and offer other ones they did have available. They also made sure they had a lock ready and offered other packing supplies I might need. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I was very impressed with the service and personal attention at this location, especially with Debi, the office manager on site at the time of my arrival. The contract was not signed until she personally showed me the actual unit and ensured that the space was appropriate for my needs. Great facility and a very competitive price. Im very very late doing this. I had a very pleasant experience with travis a couple of weeks ago. He was a nice young man and was very helpful. I came in to buy boxes since I usually go to the Beville road location where he works most of the time. I was gladly see him at the ormond location. Very pleasedwith the service great job Travis. Stopped by today to take care of some minor stuff for my son. Angela was gracious, helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and appeared secure. I was not allowed access to the secure area of the property and that is exactly what should have happened. Policies were followed and explained in a polite, professional manner. Well done Angela.

DenA was our helper and she was upbeat and well informed. The entire process was quick and easy. DenA took us to see the unit and then brought us back to the office to complete the process of renting the space. We thank her for being so efficient and nice--which is not always the case in this world today of young people in the work place.

Site manager was extremely helpful in enabling us to make our payments on our two storage sites in Decatur, GA while we were on vacation in Daytona Beach, FL. She pulled up our account information on the computer which allowed us to make our payments by credit card. One of the most helpful on site managers that we have ever encountered

The staff was very helpful and friendly (thank you Valerie) Our belongings were safe, clean and in great shape after storing them there for 2 and a half years. Special thanks to Ms. Dinorah! She was super super nice and very helpful. Being unnerved about leaving our stuff in a storage unit she calmed my fears. Debi and Diana were extremely helpful. I had a large unit after moving and was able to pare down my storage needs down and moved to a smaller storage unit. They made the move very easy. The facility is secure and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone who has a storage need. I love the climate controlled units.
