I reserved a unit online over the weekend. I never received a phone call about my reservation from them. I had almost everything that needed to be put in the storage unit i reserved. I went to the facility at about 11:55am and there was NO ONE at the site. The sign on the door said they would return at 1:30pm. Called the call center and they couldnt tell me any except i could return at 1:30pm when the sign says they will return. I know for a fact they were supposed to call me 15mins after they received the reservation and no one did so. no one could help me on when they would return and no one in the call center would even call to see what was going on. 3 other customers showed up at the site and had to leave since no one was there.

I shopped online for the best rate and found this facility. It was fine in the beginning. Paperwork took under one hour. A couple months after moving in I came to the unit to find a large amount of dust on everything in my unit. I asked at the desk and they said it was from replacing the roof. Now a couple more months go by (6ish total) and I get a letter in the mail telling me the rate is going up 12+%! I called to ask about that and was told "that is normal for the industry" and "it was an internet rate." So basically it was bait and switch with the lower rate. They said I can leave whenever but who wants to move all their stuff all the time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Sean made the entire process extremely easy and was very inviting and thorough when I came to rent. I found the unit online and after reserving Sean called me with additional details. The climate control unit is kept at a great temperature and I feel comfortable storing my belongs here. After having mold on some items at another storage company which only had non-climate control units, I decided it was worth the few extra bucks for the climate controlled unit. Extra Space made this decision easy by having the first month free and very competitive monthly rate. I would recommend this facility to a friend!

Great Place! Clean and Safe! The best thing I can say is anything you need, the Manager handles quickly, and with pleasure. They have a great manager I had the pleasure of meeting. Sean Ischay has only been here a short time, but his passion for this facility, and his wonderful attitude shows! He added a personal touch to our storage needs that is rare indeed. I highly recommend this storage site when you have a need for store items for a long period of time. Make it a point to meet Mr Ischay, and its a sure bet that you will be a repeat customer . Thanks for everything!!

Bob the manager is great!!! He was super helpful and very nice to work with when I leased a new unit to replace my existing smaller unit. The facility is nice - I have had furniture in my unit for 5 years and there is no damage to it at all from moisture.The hours are great and you often go during office hours and the staff is walking the property to make sure everything looks secure. I would definitely recommend the Heisley Rd. Extra Space Storage!!!

Sean and Lisa, customer service above and beyond anything you will find. Make you feel welcome, comfortable and valued. I once left my door unsecured and Shawn came and found me not only did he take time to find me (he is so aware of his customers that he knew where I was) and get this! He took my lock secured the door for me so I did not have stop what I was doing. Now that is going above and beyond!!

The process was pain-free and easy! The manager was super helpful in finding the right size storage unit, and took his time to explain everything from how to get in, leasing terms and what to expect when you no longer need the storage unit anymore. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one! Definitely made the moving process a whole lot easier.

We had originally gone to the one on Hopkins, but they did not have the size we needed. So they called ahead to the one on Heisley and confirmed that a unit was available. The people at both places were very nice and helpful. We ended up getting a unit set up that day and got the online price. Very happy with them and would recommend to anyone.

We have had a storage unit with Extra Space on Heisley Rd. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. The spaces are clean and well organized. The area is secured and always staffed when needed. If the attendent leaves, there is always a sign stating when they will return.
