I would just like to thank Bob at the Extra Space Storage located in Mentor, Ohio off of Hopkins Road. As the manager of the facility, Bob was wonderful to work with and pleasantly happy to help me in my time of need. He was excellent and made my experience with renting this storage unit easy and painless during my familys move to our new home. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. When my lock froze this winter, Bob came out immediately to thaw it out and lubricate it for me. Ive rented several types of different storage units here over the years and they are always clean and well maintained.
