So far my experience with the company is limited bc I am new customer. However the experience has been excellent. The facility is must clean and well kept. Certainly better than most places. Kathy is a sweet person as well. My only wish so far is the company (as a whole) would offer btt discounts for the 1st month since there is a one time fee. Still the indoor climate controlled unit is still a little bit cheaper then competitors.

This is my first experience with a self-storage facility in the Winter Park area and I am very impressed with their operation. I would highly recommend them to others.

The service was slow. There was dog poop all in front of my unit and in it. I ask them to clean it. They didnt Clean it I had to clean it.they also charge an extra $12. For ins witch is a rip off. You wanted my review you got it!

Good facility and a good location. Have a "renters insurance" policy in place before getting a spot. It would also be good to have a lock beforehand, although their prices for locks isnt too bad.
