I have visited this [closer] Public Storage location after moving from another public storage. The reason for the visit was to check on specific unit size availability and other related questions. I found that the attendant, Melissa, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about her facility, as well as other locations - and went the extra mile to offer to hold a certain unit for me, until I knew more logistical detail regarding my personal situation. Overall rating is 4 stars, with the following breakdown,,, I give Melissa 5 stars, but the Public Storage company only 3 stars. Reason: I feel the rental rates are (at most locations) unreasonably high and do not agree with corporate mandating rate increases unexpectedly, even for long term loyal customers, is a bit unethical. I understand that it is month to month agreement, but some consideration should be offered to PSs loyal customer base, or at least offering longer notices of increases, like say maybe 3 - 6mos.

Have just been at Public Storage for a month. So far, its been a good experience. The main reason Im giving it Five Stars is because of Melissa. Shes the main person there (works Tuesday through Saturday) and she is super. Not only is she efficient, but also shes very customer oriented. Yesterday, I accidentally left some precious items in the common area, and didnt realize that until I arrived home. Melissa noticed the items, picked them up, then stored them in her office area. This morning when I went by to retrieve the items, Melissa warmly greeted me and even brought the items out to my car. Seems like she always goes above and beyond. And this Public Storage facility is kept very clean (probably thanks for Melissa :)

Public Storage has a corner on the personal storage market in the area, so they can charge pretty much whatever they want and get away with it. I signed up for a 5x10 space just a few years ago for around $85/month, and once or twice a year theyve raised the rent on me until it finally got up to almost $160/month and I finally moved my stuff out of there because I couldnt afford it any longer. If all their spaces were that expensive, I wouldnt have felt quite so ripped off, but they are advertising empty 10x10 spaces (twice the size of the one I had!) for $100/month. Do they think their existing clients wont notice?

I have my storage at this location more than five years and this is the first time I have very bad service from mr. Tarik. I received the letter about the rate increase and ms melissa gave me his phone number to contact. He did not return my message (I left 5 messages ) and then I contacted customer service to complain about that matter. The next day he contacted me and recommended me to move out because nothing he can do about it. I feel so bad about his service.

For starters the facility is great and all the storage units are kept at the perfect temperature to maintain anything you wish to hold. When I entered the facility I was greeted by a lady named Melissa. She filled me in with all the details and facts needed for me to start storing. Overall the experience was great and I will definitely comeback. My daughter came home from college, and we had a huge clutter of items. Public storage helped me out a ton, thanks!

The customer service i recieved from Melissa, was and always is exceptional and pleased. She shows her gratitude by being sure that my personal belonging or safe and secure. Came in Monday looking for a one of your smaller units.Though unsuccessful due to there being none available in my desired size, I had a pleasant encounter with an employee there at the time. Viewing available units were a bit more humorous as we walked and made "light" jokes about her pregnancy wobble. The young lady sent me to another location where i was able to get a unit there thanks to her and public storage moving is easy.

This Public Storage is nearest to me, which was what I was looking for. I have been using Public Storage for years now and Im always happy about how clean the units are. On this day, Melissa helped me find the right unit, in size and cost. She was extremely nice and helpful, while juggling all her other duties, I found her very professional and nice! Im very happy with my choice, I will always use Public Storage!

I can always tell when Melissa is working because the grounds are always picked up in in order. The same goes for the inside as well. If thats not enough, Melissa is also exemplary in her level of professionalism. You are very lucky to have her working for your organization. Shes a real gem. Take good care of her!

This is a nice location .though they didnt have the size the young lady that were there made sure before I left the facility we discuss more sizes and she even search for more areas with the size I were looking for . its nice to see a young lady with a smile on her face . god bless . hopefully I will come back

Erskine and the team have made Public Storage in Winter Park, FL. seem like our own business location. They make sure that common carriers have access to storage areas for us and make sure the areas are clean and free from trash. Restrooms are also spotless. Thanks for your attention and hard work

She is an exceptional manager and always ensured we had what we needed through all of our various moves. I recommend this location- clean and safe, great customer service.

This storage place has been always a nice place to do my storage at. The customer service is always nice here and they take the time to help u out when u need help. The only downside is the pricing was a little up there, but all and all I can say that having my stuff in storage here is really good.
