Came here just before hurricane Irma hit to store my enclosed trailer and some items we could not fit in our garage. I called prior to coming and told the representative exactly what we planned to store and also that I needed an 8ft garage opening to ensure my trailer would fit. She told me YES, this unit has the larger door opening that is 8ft tall... I drive there and pay for the unit, once they gave me the unit number and code to get in the gate, I quickly found out this was an untruth they told me. I immediately go back in and tell them this will not work, its a 6ft door... I was told that it would be Monday before all my money would be credited back. I just got the money back today after calling several times at the beginning of the week and finally had to drive back over there to get this done. Well, they then called me and told me that the $15 reservation fee was not gonna be refunded, this was their error not mine. They are thieves whom dont take responsibility for their own faults. Not to mention that this put me in a bad spot when a hurricane was coming. Never use this company.

After visiting other storage units, I was so impressed with this one. The property was impeccably clean and the air conditioned unit I was shown was extremely cool and dry. I love all the precautions taken to keep the customers property safe; during the trying time of moving. The gate is always secure and shut. These qualities were a necessity to me because I was storing sensitive items that were very important to me and my family. It felt so refreshing to be treated like family, with so much patience and kindness. Amy and Andy are always ready to help with questions and always have such a cheerful attitude. I have recommended this storage unit to all of my friends and family. They have made the painful job of storing stuff pleasant and awesome!!!! They take customer service to a whole NEW LEVEL.!!!!!

We have had this storage locker at the St. Cloud Personal Mini Storage facility for almost two years. When we first got our storage locker, the facility was OK. It wasnt the cleanest one Ive ever seen. A lot of them where dirty. They swept ours out before we started moving things in. Then Ron and Chary Hummel took over. Its like a new place! Ive never been in there during working hours when Ron wasnt going around checking lockers, cleaning up everywhere, and checking with people to make sure everything was alright. The office section is a pleasure to go in. There are lots of neatly displayed moving items and Chary can answer any questions. She also keeps the office running tight as a ship! And you couldnt find two nicer or better people to run this facility.

Absolutely loved every bit of our stay with the personal mini storage of St. Cloud. Andy & Amy Sejas are amazing human beings and have provided nothing but great customer service and hospitality since the moment we walked in the door. Ive never had a storage unit seem genuinely interested in our moving needs and at this location, we were offered assistance with our storage move in and water numerous times. We were interested in a U Haul and almost reserved one with them, they were extremely helpful in that department and tried to find the best option for my in city move. We adores this place and we plan on using them again in the future and telling our friends and family to use them when they move down to Florida as well. Thanks for having us!

Amy, Andy, thank you for helping my brother and I with our storage unit transfer (twice) plus with our one way truck rental. We couldnt rent a truck anywhere because we didnt have a reservation (youd better make a reservation early on if you plan on moving on the weekends or worse, like us, the last weekend of the month) and UHaul wanted us to rent one in Orlando, but you offered us a call back as soon as a truck would become available, and that was such a blessing; we were able to move within the very little time we had to do our move. :) Also, weve rented storage space in other places and towns and you guys really keep your location and restrooms very tidy. You really show that you care for what you do. You deserve more stars than five :)

Having been involved in law enforcement both back East and here in Florida, and having been able to observe several local storage "lockers" I must say, without a doubt, that Personal Minin Storage is THE MOST secured and CLEANEST storage facility I have EVER seen. I am so happy my family was able to secure a spot here and it will most likely take an act of Congress before Id consent to giving up our spot here! The "team" in charge of this facility are more like friends than anything else and I am so glad they are the people at this facility! We would go nowhere else!

Thank you so much for helping with our move; you made our very difficult and time sensitive process much easier. The owners decided to sell their home and we basically had little time to find storage adequate for our needs, and you helped us with that, as well as getting our U-Haul needs met, even late on Saturday! Thank you Amy, Thank you Andy, Thank you both! We will recommend anyone to you for your great service and genuineness. Oh, and thanks for the bottled water! It came handy as we were doing our move... It gets really hot out here, different than NJ lol!

I had a 5 star rating buy I am changing it to 3, Andy and Amy used to take care of this place much better than the new people. When you offer 24 hour access you need to leave the bathrooms unlocked 24 hours as well or give keys to the bathrooms for people who have 24 hour access. Also the bathrooms arent kept as clean as they used to be, when tbey are open. The gate is always left open all night long, so security is not very well. The new managers just are not as good at taking care of this place as the other ones.

Having used other storage facilities there is no compare. This facility is the nicest cleanest and most professional storage facility I have ever used. The staff at the facility is the BEST ever, they are super nice and very good at what they do. They are very informative, proffesional and super NICE. I would suggest that everyone use this facioity. It is the best storage facility that I ever used.

All I can say is thank you for helping us with our U-Haul reservation. We were worried we would not get the truck we needed this past weekend and they called us back when one was available. That impressed us, and for this reason we like them better than the toll free U-Haul number because they will take the time to help us the right way the first time and answer right away.

The worst company ever. Paid a deposit to lock in a unit and then they gave it away to someone else. Employees not telling customers correct information and the manager does not care about what you were told by his staff. Manager very unprofessional. Storage facility does not honor their commitment to the customer. Stay away from this facility. Waiting for my refund.
