This place is horrible when it comes to getting in contact with them to make a payment. They never answer if you call and the few times Ive gone in person half the time they are at lunch and the time posted on the door doesnt line up. They rack up late fees like crazy and cant do anything about it. They probably ignore people on purpose so they can take advantage of them. I would go to a place that will take the phone calls so you can pay your bills. UPDATE Yet again I called on time and left voicemails and no one called me back. One day late since they cant seem to do their job of answering the phone and taking the payment and now I have to pay another late fee. And the number to corporate doesnt work how convenient.

I want to take the time to thank the ladies that run the Uncle Bobs in Sanford, FL. The day that we were moving into our storage unit, we were moving from Denver, CO to Orlando FL, we were not prepared for the heat/humidity. While unloading our truck into storage my husband became very ill with heat stroke, and my great nephew-18 months and my son-6yrs were also getting ill from the heat. My husband went to the front office with the kids to get some water. After he entered the lobby he clasped in exhaustion. The ladies there got him some water and laid him down on the floor and took care of the kids while my husband regain his strength. I cannot THANK them enough!!!

Worst staff I have had to deal with. Caught weekend guy sleeping on the job when I had an issue and was looking for someone to help me. Ive been a customer for almost a year and now I have an issue because of a new Tennant with trailer parked next to me that I can not back my trailer into my spot. There is not enough physical space to make it happen. I was told sorry there is nothing we can do so you might want to start looking for another place to rent. Wow, thats the way they treat their customers. Will never deal with or recommend this storage facility.

Great experience, Good staff ,great atmosphere , clean facility, prompt and friendly courteous service .. In my 20 years of using public storages I have never met a more professional staff at any storage facility... These people respect you and your property.. You are not treated like a number and the most thing to me is , I am not treated as if they are doing me a favor by allowing me to use the facility.. As I have experienced in past years at a different storage company.. Assistant manager Kyle and Quartez are on point . professional at all times

Id like to just thank Heather for all her help. My wife and I are selling our house and need to put our furniture in storage. My wife was concerned about, the security and storing furniture. Heather was courteous, and explained every concern my wife had. Not only did Heather explain everything to my wife, Heather made her feel comfortable about putting our furniture in storage. When our house is sold, I know we will be storing our furniture their. It was nice to deal with a person who acted professional, courteous, and could communicate well.

I walked into this establishment today on accident I had a storage unit on hold at public storage, manager Kyle looked to see if he had the same size at a better price. Unfortunately he didnt as they are really occupied. His customer service was off the charts! He went above and beyond to help me, from going over ways to properly store my belongings and the size that would work best, to finally directions. He is amazing. Thanks Kyle. If I know anyone who needs a storage I will send them over.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Uncle Bobs Storage. I got a fantastic price (on-line) for a small storage unit that I will keep indefinitely. All the employees I have talked with have been very helpful and pleasant, and I have not had any problems with the schedule or the logistics of the arrangement. They keep me well informed and updated on my status there. I am so pleased to be doing business with them. It has been a good answer to a definite problem.

I visited this Uncle Bobs today to inquire about pricing for different storage units. I was helped by the store manager Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what size I would need and the best in price. he described the different storages in a.c and outside. He had great customer service. Although it was raining outside the property looked very clean and well kept. I will rent here and recommend this store to my friends and family. Thanks Kyle!!

Wonderful customer service! The place looks great! My only issue was while renting the moving truck, the dolly provided had wheels too big for it to work properly. It made moving heavy stuff like the washer nearly impossible because every item pressed up against the wheels, locking them up.

I rented a storage unit today. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were also assisting another customer that was having car issues. The men working there were helping to jump start the car for the other customer. Excellent service.

Kyle is the best manager you can ever have. I witness him dealing with a customer that was upset cause he couldnt have a truck before the time schedule for pick up. He was calm and collected. And always with a smile.
