I am a return customer from 10 years ago because I got such good service then and even though there are different employees now--the service is still excellent. This place is safe, clean, well lit and when I had 2 movers helping me unload on very hot Saturday we were brought cold bottled water from the office! I have downsized to a smaller until and will eventually empty it, but whenever I need a unit for anything, I will come back to 312 Self Storage again.

312 Self Storage RULES!!! The people are really helpful and kind, the storage room is clean and without rodents, and the price is completely fair. We used to use that terrible place with the ugly orange sign, whos name rhymes with U-Haul but there were mice in my storage room, every single employee were useless assholes, and they had outrageous prices. Weve been VERY happy with 312 and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage.

I highly recommed 312 Self Storage. Not only is it the cheapest I found when I was searching for a storage unit, but everyone is so nice. They make you feel like they really appreciate your business. It is extremely clean and very well maintained. I have been a customer for over a year and have not had one problem. Theyre fantastic.

Stored my personal belongings with this storage facility and was happy that everything remained secured and damage free. The only advice would be for 312 storage to have 4 wheel and two wheel dollies available for their customers. Good service and helpful employees at 312 Storage.

312 Self Storage is a clean, well-laid out facility. They recently helped me save a few dollars a month by consolidating two units into one larger one. Id love to have all my stuff at home but alas, too much stuff. This is the place to keep it.
