I have been there twice. The first time, it was a great experience, but now the second one was horrible!! First, they did not have one of the smaller units that I needed, so they made me pay for a bigger one. Then I tried to have my storage unit for 2 months and 4 days, but I had to pay for 3 months.. (even though the first time that I went there, I needed it a week longer, and they gave me those days for free). Then the next thing is that wherever my stuff was stored, it smelled really bad after the couple months that I had it there (even though I had it in boxes!)... I had to wash everything because I could not stand this smell. The next issue is that roaches were all over stuff after the two months, and now after a week, I am still struggling because I keep finding 2 roaches a day just running around in my apartment. I am very disappointed. I even made sure I would put everything into boxes, but somehow they still got to my stuff. Worst experience ever, and I had to pay way too much. For this price, somebody would expect something better than that. This year, I paid $280 instead of $90 last year! Not really sure why, I was shocked, but I still did it since it was good a year ago. But now, I surely go there never again!

Just felt the need to write something about this place. Decided to use this place because it looked really well taken care of and looked well secured. The customer service was great and even ran into the owner while I was unloading my things and he even helped me unload some stuff. What a great guy! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
