Well my review is not exactly going to be the best in the world. I am in a insurance battle with the personal mini storage. Word of advice to all that rent in this facility, DO NOT drive through this facility unaware. I was t-boned by the man that works in the facility with his golf cart, yes I did say the golf cart. He was driving through the facility, not abiding by the rules of the road and I was driving through an open gate when I crossed an intersection and he hit my truck. The day of move in and a closing on my house! Was completely amazing actually. He was speeding and actually flew out of the golf cart! Then proceeded to tell his employer I hit him! Really? Anyhow, they have a camera there but miraculously they erased the video! Now they are claiming it was nobodys fault and leaving it up to my insurance company to pay for the damage that their employee and work vehicle did to my truck. I am grateful he was okay, however, at this point it is a mute moment when someone lacks the ability to admit fault and pay for damage sustained by their negligence. Needless to say, they leave gates open and they are not very professional, therefore, I am moving my belongings out of their facility because if they can erase tapes and blame someone else are my belongings really safe?

John & Beverly were very courteous and helpful everytime I needed something. They were always in the office at the times listed and I was rarely sent to voicemail when I called. The facility itself is well lit at night and always maintained. I chose a small locker type with climate control and it was always at temperature (which can be difficult to maintain in Florida). Also, the prices are reasonable. If I ever need storage again I will be returning here. Five stars

Ive never been treated with such courtesy and customer service. I would highly recommend this storage to anyone. They were friendly and explained everything about the facility. They even take bottled water to people when theyre loading or unloading. Thats real customer service! I was even shown where my unit was, via a ride on their golf cart. I didnt have to go searching for it. These people know how to treat customers, and I appreciate that.

I rented a storage unit at this facility for about 2 years. I was very happy with the unit and the customer service. John and Beverly went out of there way to help me with any issues. When there was a leak in the a/c some of my items got wet they quickly found a mover to move me to another unit. They were so very helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone. Excellent customer service, answered all my questions and helped me with what I needed to buy at the last minute for packaging. After two months all my furniture was in perfect condition except my daughters bedroom set that was not solid wood and received the moisture from the storage. No biggie for me because I m going to buy a new one soon.

Very nice, pleasant, timely and, professional experience. Easy in & out, convenient location. The couple managing were busy with remodeling being done on the main office building. Even though this crowded, busy area was a bit of inconvience, the managers were happy, welcoming and caring.

This storage facility is by far the most clean, and bug free facility around..The managers John & Beverly very sweet and make you feel comforable and are more than glad to answer any and all concerns you may have..I would highly recommend this storage facility hands down!!!!
