I called the 4 Friends Company yesterday to verify my appointment for today. Supposed to be here at 8AM according to the stated time when I made the appointment last week. Then today when no one was here at 9 I called them and they said the "time window" was really from 8 to noon. So I ran around and did the errands I was going to do in the afternoon in the AM. Then noon happens and NO ONE IS HERE! Called in again. They tell me some people didnt show up for work today. Now its supposed to be at 2PM. Well its now past 2PM and I called again and the ETA is now 3:30PM. They DO NOT care what YOUR needs are. YOU HAVE to call THEM for information when they dont show and they tell you as little as they can. NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY!!! STAY away from these guys. They should not be in business and the guy who wrote the one star review above is saying the truth! I just thought reviews were not that great but from now on I am going to always pay attention. You really have to be screwed over to take the time to do this - so maybe you can see how angry I am about this... use this business at your own risk!!! NOW the fellows who came and did the work were very nice. They worked fast and did a great job. TOO bad management sucks... the workers were fine.

If i could give this company negative stars i absolutely would. SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They broke over 1000 dollars worth of furnature, agreed to a 3 hour job. Was told that was the budget. Then 5 hours later demanded payment for 5 hours. I called their insurance claims and got a run around, asked multiple times to speak with a manager. Waited an hour and finally got ahold of Dave. The tough guy. He was belligerent , rude, unprofessional and he threatend me physically. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS unless you want your stuff broken, and to deal with the most unprofessional buisness Ive ever come across in my entire life. I have documented all these issues, and I will be taking legal action against them. Beware. !!

Dont waste your time with them !!!!We made an appointment at 8am they showed up at 6pm. Dont waste your time with them not courteous, very unprofessional, and not dependable movers. After calling all day they send two people instead of 3 person originally agreed upon couple weeks ago, these poor guys had no idea they were told at 5pm to come to our house.
