We rented a drive up unit that i can literally drive rite up to at anytime but can only access it between 7am and 7pm... even at 651 am the manager can not assist even tho she is here and walking around. Typical central florida attitude.. "customer service, whats that?" Sure glad we moved. There is no such thing as southern hospitality here. I get that they have hours for a reason but my unit is outside, first floor, outside and i dont need help. If you want to be frustrated early in the morning this is the place!

The absolute greatest Uhaul facility ever! Great people, exemplary service and much cleaner than even most restaurants in the area! The Manager, Phyllis, is by far really on top of the self storage service industry. She has an excellent team in Tiffany, Sherry, Mallory, Corinne, and all the guys in the equipment service dept.! We wouldnt even think about going anywhere else for truck rental or our self storage needs!!!

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices on storage units. Used their storage for over almost 2 yrs with no issues. They give a courtesy call day of your storage rental due date if you have forgotten payment beforehand. Price matched another moving company after that company upped its price when truck rental day came. Low rise trucks for easy loading. Trucks run smoothly, even for long distance moves.

One of the busiest storage in the area. I got there to return my truck & I was out in less then 10 minutes. I really forgot the persons who took care of me. I believe his name was Shane (I apologize to you sir), but he was a true professional. If I ever need storage or truck rental, I will definitely be back there.

Very clean and well maintained facility and the truck we used was in excellent shape. Overall we were very satisfied if anything I did not like was there seemed to be several extra charges you do not know about until you get ready to sign the agreement.
