Do yourself a favor and use any other company! I made the terrible mistake of hiring Mr. Mover to assist with my and I would like to prevent anyone else from getting taken advantage of by this company. When the "movers" showed up they were dressed in worn out street clothes (no uniform of any kind), and weighed about 125 lbs. soaking wet. I was immediately concerned, but I had to be out of my apartment that day so I went ahead with the move. I showed them where they needed to park, and when they were backing up they hit a pipe and scraped the truck along the wall! When we got to the apartment they had already started the clock, but refused to start working until I gave them $120. I was planning on paying my whole bill with a credit card, but I felt uncomfortable giving these two men my credit card before we even started... not that it didnt feel equally as awkward to hand some man cash with no contract or uniform or anything representing the company who just did damage to The Paramounts loading dock. Nevertheless, I had to move so myself and my fiance (along with the two "movers") started loading up the truck. At this point Im going to spare the details of how lazy and unprofessional the actual movers were, but it was beyond poor. When we got to my new apartment it was discovered that my 50" flat screen TV (that I had purchased four months ago) was smashed! Upon further inspection my 5x 8 framed mirror was cracked, my dresser was ruined, and they damaged my leather couch. I was assured that the company would NOT screw me over and not worry ... they would personally see to it that my TV was replaced. I didnt want to pay my bill with all this damage that had occurred, but these guys insisted and how am I going to kick two men out of my house and explain all this to the police (plus they were still holding on to some of my belongs)? So I paid the $828 bill (on top of the $120 in cash ... all this for a 2/2 apartment move) and finally got to see a contract (AFTER THE MOVE!). I trusted the "movers" and decided to have faith in the process ... Over $2500 worth of damage and all they want to give me is $120. I cant even replace one of the items let alone all of them for that amount. This company is a bad in every way!!!! BEWARE!

I am a repeat customer and after this experience I will probably have to pursue legal action. When the two movers arrived to my apartment they were clearly inexperienced. It took them almost an hour just to figure out how to unlatch a simple sectional which they then could not figure out how to get out of the doors. They also damaged the furniture. While they tried to figure out how to disassemble the couch I called the route manager Andrew who told me I would not have to pay for any additional time that they spent not being able to disassemble the couch and that he would be there in 45 minutes. He never actually bothered to show up. They damaged my walls, scraped the dry wall to the bare, huge dents in several of the walls, banister completed scraped. Once they actually got everything out of the apartment they then said I would have to pay an additional 125$ in addition to the 200$ I had already paid them. When I told them I had already spoken to the manager and that I didnt have to pay that the manager Andrew then changed his mind. After I paid the drivers the additional money for damaging my furniture and apartment the two movers then tried to claim that I never paid them the additional money. Also they never gave me any paper work or a receipt from this transaction. After I straightened out with Andrew and the two movers that the additional money I gave them did in fact get received Andrew said he would come to the apartment at my convenience to asses the damage to my apartment. On the day he was supposed to come out I called to confirm and he said that he could no longer make it due to his boss giving him other tasks. I called several times and left messages for the "boss" to call me back over multiple days and have still not received a call from the manager nor has anyone come out to asses the damage done to my apartment. This is the most unprofessional and frustrating company. Do not use them.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, and ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I spoke with Rick and was prepared to book a move. I only had a few final questions. I asked if a security deposit was required. I was told no and I should never give that information to any company to reserve a move. I asked about methods of payment, I was told cash or major card... no personal checks. I was still on board. Finally, I asked for the companys cancellation policy. Although I did not anticipate a cancellation, I wanted to know how much time the company would need to try filling the spot. I just wanted to be courteous, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. When I asked this final question, Ricks entire demeanor changed. He became very short tempered and flat out rude. He said I just needed to be sure that I was going to move because they are a small company and cant afford cancellations. I explained I understood that and I reiterated I did not anticipate a cancellation. Im moving, I need the service, I just want to know their policy... just in case. I was told to call back when I was sure AND I was told based on my questions he would not book a move for me unless I put down a security deposit. He said this even though moments before he said thats not something I should EVER do and it wasnt required to book a move. I was appalled by his behavior and told him I couldnt believe he was being so rude. He replied sorry we cant do business together and hung up the phone. I literally sat there stunned because Ive never been so disrespected by a business I planned to patronize. I never write reviews, but there is no way I could allow this to occur and fail to warn other potential customers. My questions were completely warranted, but the response I received was not. The service is cheap, but the customer service is unacceptable. Beware.

AVOID AT ALL COST. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not recommend this moving company. Mr. Movers quoted us for packing and moving our two bedroom apartment. However, it was discussed that if we packed everything before they arrived, they would not charge us as much per hour. We stayed up until 3am packing everything the night before. When they arrived the next day, the two men took turns taking things out of the apartment, while the other one would rest on the staircase outside. We had to remind them several times to get back to work or stop the clock to take a break. It took them 7 hours to complete the move literally from one building to the next. The last movers needed just 3.5 hours. When they showed the invoice, the price per hour was for packing and moving, which they did no packing what so ever. The movers informed us to call their supervisor. When on the phone with the supervisor, he explained that we were still being charged for the time on the phone while the movers did nothing. He recommended signing an resolving the issue later. Once we kicked out the movers, we left message after message to talk to anybody at the office to no avail. When we finally reached somebody, they said they would mail an updated invoice to us. That was two weeks ago. I called today and an extremely rude representative said that they forgot to do so. Use Two Men and a Truck instead.
