AVOID...BEWARE. Having moved from Palm Coast, Florida to Radcliff, Kentucky, I must say it was a most dissatisfying experience. Everything was great until after they loaded the van and received the $1,800+ . Lanny Jr. assured us that we would hear from the driver every day in order to plan to be at the new address. The range date was from 6/8 to 6/19. We heard absolutely NOTHING from them. My wife called and received no return, emailed and received nothing. We were finally able to communicate on 6/15 where we heard " I am very sorry you have not received word about your shipment. I have been having problems with my phone and receiving voice mails. Your shipment is loaded and should be delivered the first part of next week. The driver will call you at least 24 hours in advance of your delivery to schedule a time with you. I have called him and am awaiting a return phone call." This is kind of like "the dog ate my homework." Wouldnt one think that they would have at least returned an email? What a poor way to run a business based on false promises. Finally, on the 19th, the last "promised" date, we heard that the delivery would be "soon." On the 23rd (three weeks after the loading date) and four days after the latest promised date, the shipment arrived. A lamp was broken, an antique roll top desk was broken in three different areas and is now unusable. The Great Atlas God offered a total of $84 for reimbursement for a 100 year old desk...again the poorest customer service. I spent more on lunches and tips than they offered for reimbursement. A terrible, terrible experience...DO NOT HIRE Assured Relocation Services of DeBary, Florida or Atlas in general.

3 of my new neighbors used Assured Relocation Services to move to my apartments in FL. The driver of #98930 blocked my car and driveway and refused to move. I could not get my car out of the driveway. One member of the crew cursed at me, using language exhibiting sexism of the worst kind. After refusing to move the truck to let me get my car out, I had to get the property manager to order them to move the truck. The driver was rude to the manager and said that he would move the truck to let me out but would put the truck right back in my driveway. I had to park my car sideways to prevent them from backing back into the driveway and blocking my garage door. The crew members used by Assured Relocation Services, who are representing Atlas Van Lines, are disgusting, misogynists who have no respect for women or property. I do NOT recommend using this company if you have any consideration for how your neighbors will be treated while picking up or delivering your items. Read all of the reviews for these two companies, including Consumer Affairs before entrusting your property to these companies.

Dont ever go with this company, they charged us more than the estimate, they ripped my brand new couch before they wrapped it, and all the numbers and letters they put next to each piece of furniture is them saying in code that your furniture is no good so they are not responsible for any damages. They took a chunk out of our brand new futon, and Im not even done unpacking, Im almost scared

The salesman was honest, professional and helpful. The moving crew arrived on time and were very fast. Nothing was lost or broken, and the crew was friendly. We would happily hire them again.
