I was a little hesitant to try this new way of storage/moving, but my budget limited my options. I was so surprised- the customer service was amazing- the staff answered all my questions and then asked me questions to be sure I was getting all of my needs met. The delivery was seemless. The container arrived on time, the driver was courteous and the container itself was high quality and clean. The pick up was the same, and since I had a week until my new place was ready, UNITS stored my things at minimal cost. The final delivery went just as smoothly, and there was nothing missing or damaged. I had never had that happen in a move before! The best part was that I had my time to pack the container- no rushing, so I was able to be sure to get things labelled and placed in the container in the best way for me. Oh, and did I mention the bill matched my quote? There were no hidden fees, or changes in costs.

When we bought our foreclosure home it needed everything. We had to gut the entire house and start from scratch. Unfortunately, our apartment complex rented out our apartment before we could ready the new place so we were forced to live in one room with a bed and we had no place for our stuff. UNITS to the rescue! I called around and Chris was so helpful and brought us out a big UNIT the same day and we just said goodbye to it after 2 months. It was a life saver! I especially liked the top because I had so much buried in there and had to get in and out of it several times and I could always see what I was looking for with that "skylight" roof. This company sucks .... they call me with excuses after excuses why the cant get my container to me in a timely fashion... our entire house us in that container.... work cloths ect... because who would think it would take a company so long to get you back your things...leave messages and they never call back... I told them on pick up day BEFORE 12.... so they come right at noon... and the container barely got off the property on time I just sold that was no longer mine ... never would I ever recommend them to anyone

Units Mobile Storage turned out to be a wonderful experience. We used 3 separate Units that held our entire house. They were very clean and held a ton. We especially liked the fact that you could hook on straps to the wall to hold your items in place. The Units all arrived on schedule and were picked up with an easy phone call. We would HIGHLY recommend Units Mobile Storage.

I used Units Mobile storage for my moving needs. I used a 16 Unit for 30 days. The service was great as all questions were answered and Chris was punctual with dropping off and picking up the unit. Chris was great! The UNITS were delivered on time, picked up on time, and we paid exactly what we were quoted. Chris was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question, and the UNITS were clean and bright. We were able to pack our entire house into 2 UNITS!! I will recommend UNITS to everyone!!
