Unmatched Nutrition

We hired this moving company to move us from one house to another. They charge by the hour per person on the crew. We asked for a three man crew. Upon showing up, the first hour were only two people. They told us that other men would be coming to help move but they were running behind. Approx one hour later the third man showed up which was a kid about 15-16 years of age. Then about 30 min later another 15-16 year old kid. Our 3 man crew became a 2 boys and one man, which would be fine but the company had bragged that their movers were highly experienced and extremely professional. The crew was polite, however very few items were moved as if they knew what they were doing. The boxes of packed items were brought into the new house upside down, there were holes left in the walls (the house we moved too was brand new), the molding around the door cracked, the walls were scuffed and dented. They dmagae our front loading washer(which cost $160 to repair), damaged our outdoor patio furniture, scraped the stain off our stairs, scratched the paint on our childs bedroom set, and left our electric reclining chair broken. We were told we would get a call on Monday to arrange for repairs. We still have not received that call. Beware. I spent many years in the military using moving companies and never had an issue.

I have moved 15+ times in my life and this was the most painless and quick move I have ever had. Jesse and Rob were efficient, kind, and all around good guys to be around. They had my house packed into the truck, driven 12 miles and unloaded in 2.5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area who is moving and will definitely remember AAA if I move again!
