They were on time and worked hard. But Javier quoted me $150 if I sold my furniture, and $250 if I still had my furniture. I did not get it in writing. I sold some of my furniture. So when he finished my 2 hour move, he wouldnt let me close my storage until I paid him $300, $50 over the highest estimate. So I paid $150 hour for moving. He insisted that is what he quoted. I probably would have tipped the $50, but because he lied, no tip. So get the estimate in writing. I have heard from others that this is a typical movers ploy to get the job and then charge more at the end, when they are holding your stuff hostage.

CANCELLED AT LAST MINUTE AND LEFT ME STRANDED I arranged a move with Javier more weeks in advance. I was moving items from a storage unit into a POD unit. I flew into town just for this move. Javier cancelled Friday at 7PM before a long holiday weekend via txt message. This left me only 1 business day (the day before the move) to find help. He never answered any of my return responses.

We Care moving. Very affordable and negotiated rates. I wasnt happy that i was moving out in the first place, but these guys made the moving transition a great experience. I recommend to anyone.
