There is a mover named Jose who works for this company. I would suggest asking that they dont send him to your move. He is blatantly rude and will literally argue with you about anything and everything. His helper (did not catch his name) was very pleasant and polite. Joses helper should be promoted. An example would be that I was trying to go up the elevator (the only one in the building) to take my sons pack and play upstairs so he could take a nap. The elevator was full of stuff and I told them I needed to go up with them when they head up. Jose said to me "I dont think youre going to fit, bro." To which I said "well I need to go up so have your helper wait down here and then take the elevator back up". He then told his helper to pile in anyway and said "I need you up here because this guy (me) aint gonna help". Right in front of me. Mind you we are paying this company to move our stuff for us. so for him to say that is both rude and unprofessional. This was just one of our interactions with jose. His poor attitude was unacceptable and because of him, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Charles and Joe with AAA Insta-Move have been nothing short of amazing for us during our move. They are incredibly responsive, and great communicators, I called often! They took care of our needs in a timely manner and Joe called each time when he was on his way with our 3 COWS (Container on wheels, same concept as a POD). We had one COW for about 8 months & two others for a month’s time. Being in Fl, we were concerned about the what ifs; what if there were bugs, what if furniture got warped from weather conditions & what if items moved in transport and got damaged. I assure you, that with the exception of one carpenter ant none of those things happened. We were incredibly happy with the service and product. The guys were a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time of moving. They were more than accommodating, even delivering us a COW at 8:30 PM on Memorial Day. We would highly recommend this company to any friend or family member.

I dreaded having to move. Not only because it is stressful but having to deal with yet another moving company that doesnt care about your valuables and bad customer service. I interviewed 3 companies with 2 others being National carriers. I hired AAA Insta-Move because I had a good experience right from the beginning. Stan keep me informed every step of the way and made sure I was well taken care of. He sent 3 men to my home to pack my belongings and must say all 3 were very professional and respectful. He told me that Arthur was his main person and sent him because I had a bad experience on my last move and wanted one of his most experienced men on my job. They were great! I have no complaints. Dont be fooled by the major carriers. In this case a smaller carrier gave me more personalized service and that is why they are rated A+ in the BBB. Thank you Insta-Move and everyone involved with my move! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Nelson and Lius at AAA insta-move inc. helped us a lot with our move. Worked really hard and kept a great friendly and happy attitude while at it. The price in comparison to other movers is on the cheaper side per hour. Their rate at the Daytona beach branch is: $282 for the first two hours then $94 for every extra hours, extra hours are counted quarterly. We moved a one bedroom apartment to another a one bedroom apartment (bedroom set, dining table set, and livingroom) thats 12 miles away within 4 1/2 hours at the rate of $517 before the tip. Not bad for a two man job considering the apartment we moved into was 3 stories up. P.S.: We did the rest of the apartment ourselves (eg: kitchen, closet and bathroom). Luis and Nelson also made sure that we were happy and happy we were.. Would DEFINATELY hire them again!!

I was very impressed by my movers. I have only had friends and family move me before; and they were a lot more professional and quick. They wrapped items that were on the verge of falling apart in what looked like Saran Wrap to keep them together. Even though they were very small in appearance, they reminded me of little ants..throwing things over their shoulders and marching them along. The estimate I was given was pretty accurate. We discussed the anticipated move time based on their site inspection. In anticipation of being charged by the hour, I packed items in boxes as much as possible, to keep the number of trips to and from the truck to a minimum.

These folks were super easy to work with. They offer a really flexible range of services that allowed me to use (and pay for) only what I needed. So I had them drop off a "COW" (portable storage container) that I loaded myself at my old house, then had them store it for a couple of months, then they delivered it to the new house and their guys unloaded it for me. Self-service at one end, transportation, storage, and full service at the other end. Just what I needed, and all from one source. And professional, friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. I would use them again for sure!

I hired Instamove last week for a very difficult job. My brother was in intensive care and needed to be moved out with zero prep work already done. Add in a leaking roof and 15 years of hoarding and you start to get the picture. The house was a mess! The crew sent out never complained, they got to work immediately and over two days packed up the most eclectic collection of items you can imagine. Lots of Indonesian wood sculptures that were impossible to wrap, lots of fine glassware. They guys were amazing under very difficult circumstances, I highly recommend them!!

This is the worst moving company I hired. The team was disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy, cared more about smoking than moving your things, and I had nothing but complaints the entire time. I told the company I needed them to bring moving boxes, and of course, they dont show up with any. The guys were carelessly loading my equipment and packing my boxes, doing it anyhow. A lot of my equipment was scratched. I called the company and two managers were playing me between them, not really caring. One of them just asked, "What do you need me to do for you now?"

My wife and I couldnt be happier with this move. Absolutely no stress at all. From the initial call with Stan at AAA Insta-Move who gave me the quote and explained the entire process to Ryan and Jose who completed the backbreaking job with ease. Ryan and Jose arrived early and got right to work.The truck was completely packed in two hours, and unpacked in less than three hours, saving us money. Both movers were very courteous and professional. My wife and I told our neighbor of our experience and he booked them the next weekend. AAA says it all.

I hired this company to do a move for me last month. JT and Mike were there when they said they would be, and got right to work. They were very friendly and respectful to my family and I. They used padding and tape on just about everything, and were extremely careful when taking items in and out. They handled my belongings like they would if it was their own. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with moving companies, but this company has restored my good faith! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is planning a move. :=)
