It was interesting reading the past reviews ... I have never had this company store anything, so I cannot comment on that. Also, I always have them come out and do a hard estimate that cannot be increased. I believe they gave me the option to have an estimate of by the hour or a hard fast estimate based on the amount and estimated weight of the items being moved. I always chose the hard fast estimate. Therefore I have never dealt with being over charged for a service. In fact, I felt like the estimate was low and I was more than happy to pay them to move the furniture. They sales rep that came out to review the items and give the estimate was more than friendly and enjoyed the interaction. Any phone conversations I have with the company were very pleasant. They moving crew of three guys exceeded expectations. We were they the whole time and we watched and answered questions as they moved everything. They even arrived a few minutes early and finished 1.5 hours prior to their estimated finish time. They were very friendly and had great personalities. They were extremely careful with all of the furniture and even concerned and tried to help when I said something was broken (however, this was not their fault at all, it was mine when trying to get out drawers after they were moved). When I stated for them to be extra careful with the hard wood floors they took the extra effort to lay down the blankets before bringing in any furniture and did not make one mark. There was one piece of furniture that would not fit, even though they did try ... with doing so they were very careful and stopped once they realized it would not work. I more than appreciated the help as we would not have been able to do it ourselves and I would definitely recommend them to others. This is the second time I have used this company and both times had expectations either met or exceeded. The moving crew that helped us out in Jacksonville on Saturday the 5th definitely deserves recognition. They had to work with very heavy, very awkward, and very delicate pieces and they did a fantastic job. Thank you again for your services.

Do not recommend. Had an appointment with an 8-9am start time. 9am no call no show. I call and they tell me their truck broke down. 1st of all thanks for the call. Tell me it will be 11:30-12 before they can get a truck out. Not acceptable. For my trouble they offered a whopping 5% discount, $27. I tell the office guy Joe that thats not acceptable and this totally screwed up my appointments and plans that day, he had an i dont give a crap attitude and asked if i wanted to cancel. Uh, no idiot i want you to have a truck here on time like was scheduled and the deposit i already paid. So I tell him ill leave them a bad review (promise kept) and he says "your threatening me with bad reviews". Eh no, you EARN the review u get buddy. He hangs up. I call back and he changes his tune and acts all nice and offers to remove the 18% fuel charge (a $98 discount for me) still not really adequate compensation for my time and Joes poor customer service but at that point im like ok thanks lets just get this done. They arrive at 11:30 2.5-3.5 hours late. 3 guys. They were all very polite. Id give them personally a 3* rating because of their politeness. They were pretty slow though, had zero boxes just about 12 large items. Me and one friend could have done it in at least an hour less time. If Joe would have had the level of customer service that he had the 2nd time to begin with id give them a 3* rating but his attitude EARNS them a 1* along with their ridiculous prices, over $600 for the very few things we had and thats with the 18% discount.. Will never recommend. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs

I had their estimator come out and give me a hard estimate. We agreed on price and I paid a $100 deposit by check and was offered a military discount. Movers showed up day of move and moved my items with minimal issues. Once we arrived at my new home it was time to pay before the truck was unloaded, this must by standard procedure to ensure they dont get ripped off. The crew lead took my credit card info and filled out a form which he then called into the office and charges were placed. I had to call afterwards as they cashed my deposit check and charged the full amount of which I received a partial refund. Unfortunately I did not have any cash on hand so the movers followed me to an ATM so that I could tip them. My repayment for tipping them, their crew lead took my credit card information and made multiple charges over the next two days before I caught it. I canceled the card and working in the industry contacted one of the retailers who confirmed the name and address of the purchaser which was the truck driver. I contacted All My Sons spoke with Steven and he was very put off that I would even accuse one of their employees of theft because they do very thorough background checks. The facts speak for themselves and now they will not discuss anything with me. A police report has been filed and hopefully they will deal with this young man. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! On Sunday, June 9th I received a call from the driver that they would be delivering the furniture Monday, the 10th between 7-10 AM. At 10 AM when no one arrived I called the driver. He told me he would actually be arriving at 11 AM. Then at 1 PM because I was attempting to not be annoying, no truck had arrived and I called the driver again. This time he ignored my call. By 4 or 5 PM I had received information that the truck was broken and would not be coming on Monday. Now, I understand that a breaking truck is out of ones control HOWEVER contacting the recipient of said furniture to let them know IS in the companys control. I took time off from work to receive the furniture and THIS COMPANY WASTED MY TIME. Several days of me being patient have passed and then I decided to call again today, Friday the 14th. When I called this time to find out where the truck was I was told that it was with ANOTHER CUSTOMER. So the truck is not broken anymore? If the truck was on its way to ME before it broke, then when it was fixed, should the first delivery not have gone to ME? The customer service representatives I have spoken with have been COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. And at this point I am so UNCOMFORTABLE to work with their movers and this company. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE. Find one that will actually call you and help you!

Worst moving experience Ive ever witnessed. Was quoted for 6 hours, they took 8. Thats fine, I understand sometimes things take longer than expected, but they were 2 hours late on top of that. After a certain amount of time you are charged OVERTIME, they do not disclose this during quotes. Also they do not allow their workers breaks, and pay them about minimum wage (what the workers told us). When they packed up all of our stuff and took it to our new home (~20minutes away), they brought out the price sheet and disclosed a surprise 18% fuel surcharge. Thats 18% ON THE TOTAL for driving about 15 miles. This ended up being about $200 extra. We tried to talk to the manager and explain that this is not fair, and asked why we were being charged 18% for a fuel surcharge when we were not told about the charge prior to the move, and the distance was so short. He hung up on us and when we called back he refused to even listen. He called the workers and told them to PACK UP THE TRUCK WITH OUR STUFF IN IT and call it a night. Of course we couldnt just let them drive off with all of our belongings (and charge us more fees for travel, storage etc etc. over night). They bullied us into paying them on the spot for the full amount, and wouldnt even begin unloading the truck until the credit card cleared. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, be aware of the 18% surcharge.
