Very poor service!!! Days prior to my scheduled move, I wrote up a contract with the moving rep. for The Florida Movers, in Jacksonville, FL. On the day of the move, one of the laborers told me that, after speaking with the moving rep over the phone, the rate I agreed to pay for moving my items would be double the amount! Whats bad about this is that, a few days prior, the rep and I spoke over the phone about the move, he went to the location where my things would be delivered, came to my home and looked at what I needed moved, and gave me the written estimate for moving these things! Even worse is the fact that, on the day of the move, the moving rep did not even have the professional courtesy or personal courage to speak to me by phone and explain the fee increase. My entire house is cluttered with furniture, disassembled items, and boxes. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I am following up on this poor service through legal means as well. My advice? Try a different moving company.

I have used The Florida Movers several times and have recieved exceptional service. Most recently they moved me from Derry, NH. The guys were on time as usual. They packed up all my belongings and loaded them on truck all in the same day. Three days later they showed up at my new house in St. Augustine, Fl and unloaded and setup all my furniture. Everything was in the same condition as before I moved. I will recommend them to everyone looking to move. Thanks again guys!
