Awful company, DO NOT USE. I used them to move my house and car. While the house move went fine, the car was a disaster. They provided a pick up time for my car, so I made my flight out of town for that evening. The pick up time came and went, with no notice/call from Suddath. When I called, surprisingly they already knew no one was going to pick up my car. They had no solutions to the problem they created, and I guess their policy is to just ignore the problems. So I offered a solution of driving my car to their facility (through rush hour traffic, risking missing my flight). When I got there, I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to help me with the car. They offered me $75 for compensation for my "troubles." I told them that was less than it would have cost them to tow it there. Several times during and since the move, I have emailed and called the representatives at the company to discuss a more appropriate compensation, but they of course (must be company policy), ignored me and refused to call me back to discuss. So if you use this company and anything does not go as planned, be aware that it will be on you to correct their mistake and it will be at your own expense as well. I would use any other company in the area and avoid Suddath all together. I gave them ample opportunities to explain themselves and make this right, and they continue to ignore me. This is now the only option I have to prevent others from going through what I had to go through.

My family of four recently relocated with Suddath Relocation Systems (United) from MN to FL. This was the first time I have ever worked with a moving company, and I couldnt be happier! After reading many horror stories online, I was nervous to use a moving company, but Katie (the move coordinator with Suddath) put my fears to ease. She was polite, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions. When it came time to actually packing our items and loading the van, Amy (the driver) and her crew were amazing! Amy called me a day ahead of time to confirm everything, and provide an idea of what to expect the next few days. Everything went exactly as she anticipated. The movers were fast and they respected our property and the home we were moving out of. Nothing was damaged! Not even a scratch on a wall. When we arrived in FL, Amy called again to give us an update on where she was and when they would arrive with our items. I just cannot say enough what a pleasant experience working with Suddath and United was. Thank you for making great hires in Katie and Amy (and her crew), and for providing an excellent experience for our family!

We hadnt moved in 25 years, so we were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. We received tremendous customer service from the Suddath staff - Dani Wampler (sales consultant), Kelly Grignon (coordinator), and Michele Filkoff in advance of the move. The communication kept us on schedule and covered details we had not considered. On moving day, we were greeted by three smiling faces - Edwin (the driver), Ramon, and Josh. They were helpful, courteous, and took great care in moving our personal (and prized) possessions. They walked through the house ensuring that everything was removed and in good order for the new buyer. At our new place, they were careful unloading and placing our furniture and boxes in the right place. We chose Suddath because of their reputation and because they were reasonably priced compared to other local movers. We were extremely pleased and would recommend Suddath to anyone moving.

These are the dumbest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I got a SAM unit from them.. I called them for a year to come and get it.. When they finally got it they expected me to pay for all the months it sat in my yard after I asked them to come get it several times over a year.. Despite the fact that I shouldnt owe them money for all the months they didnt come pick the EMPTY unit up I started paying them just to shut them up and so it didnt go against my credit. Then they kept changing the amount of what I owed and sent my account to their collections while I was actively paying hundreds of dollars a month on that account and almost had it paid off. They have poor management and no sense of communication. These people are scam artists.

Quick, efficient, and cost effective service!! Scott Sheplak and his team at Suddath were extremely helpful and were able to proactively identify additional items that our team had overlooked for our move! They were prompt with their service and their movers were AWESOME!! They handled the multiple changes to my moving needs with ease and made the overwhelming task of moving a 100 person office simple and much more manageable. I would recommend Suddath to any of my professional colleagues, or family and friends in the future! In a world where construction plans change and contractors move your schedule around, it was a blessing to work with Suddath who was prepared every step of the way! Dani Wampler from Suddath Relocation System conducted a survey of my goods. She was on time, very professional, friendly and fun to talk to. She explained the entire packing and moving process to me and even brought some brochures that explained what items can be moved by their team. She was very prepared for the survey, and answered all of my questions. The turnaround of the survey results was very quick. My 2 year old son loved Dani and enjoyed having her around.

I used Suddath for my last move, because of Danielle Wampler. She had a member of her team contact us to set up a time to meet and get a quote. I had a great experience with the team. It was so much better than our previous move where the movers did not even show up on the day of our move! Dani even let us know we could use your boxes and return/recycle for someone else to use later. The wardrobe boxes were the best! I would definitely recommend Suddath.

I moved last year in-town and decided to get a mover. Best decision I made! Everyone was extremely helpful every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make the experience stress free. Communication whether via email or telephone was timely and clear. I did my research and called around before selecting a mover. They had the best price compared to other moving companies I called.
