Wish we would have gone with PODS instead. Packrats must employ iditots!!!! We asked them to deliver the pod facing a certain way to make loading easier. They didnt and then acted like they couldnt fix it in the big parking lot we had for them to just turn it around. They claimed they had to go back to the warehouse to do it. Me and my husband also had to fight them for the blankets and the lock we were told we would get, at first they tried to tell us that we were never promised those things in the quote but we had to talk to 3 different people for them to pull up the conversation and we didnt get those until some random person dropped them off at 9pm. Now we set up the delivery and my husband went to our new place to meet them for drop off and they went to our old address!!!!! How freaking stupid are these people????? I dont fully blame the drivers but really the call center. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND!!! I would recommend them to someone I hate

The most unreliable and shady company. On 7/31/15 the took my reservation for a move in which I HAD to be out the day they delivered the storage unit. I had to call them 20+ times, leave messages, and the response I got was that they overbooked customers and they will be canceling with other customers as well. No courtesy call, no apology. When I spoke with the lady who booked me she acted like she didnt remember who I was and played dumb that she didnt know what was going on, when her name was clearly on the file. When she collected my credit card number and email address she didnt even put it in the computer, she just left my price as an incomplete quote. Extremely heated.

Wish I could give a no star review, tells me they can deliver my storage container but now that Im here an ready for it they deny they said anything now they tell me "come get your stuff or we sell it all" even tho Im paying the storage fee. This company is horrible the people are rude an the whole thing needs to be shut down. Ive now gotta drive 6hrs with 2 uhaul trucks to get my things an they still wanna charge me the 1900$ for delivery even tho they cant. So STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, USE PODS OR SOMETHING ELSE. Total crooks liers and thieves.

Incredibly Dishonorable company!! Don’t trust this company. My 3 star review is VERY generous. I had a serious situation happen with this company that involved the police. Let’s just leave it at that. Their customer service here sucks and they really do not care about you. They just want your money (or stuff!!). I did receive some compensation from the company but no apology so I updated my 1 star review to 3 but honestly, go somewhere else. They are not to be trusted.

The worst experience ever. We hired them on 01/11/2016 to deliver a pod. Driver ruined the landscape and damage the plumbing. We filled a claim, send pictures and invoice. Company says thats (our pictures) are not acceptable because its bad driver did not take pics from his phone. WHAT A SERVICE !

Tried to charge me 1800.00 after I paid them in advance $3000.00 Had to rent a truck and pickup my stuff. Ill NEVER EVER use these clowns again!!!

My experience was great. The driver, Bobby Lee, who dropped off and also picked up my pod was wonderful. Will use them again in the future.
