They are absolutely amazing. I used them for my grandmothers move and from the first person I saw who gave me a quote to the people delivering my furniture were outstanding. They were professional yet personal and friendly. They always had a smile. Even though they delivered my furniture in the rain they still were happy. They didnt complain or get cranky or fussy. All my grandmothers things were packed so carefully. Nothing broke. Everyone was so nice and her things came in 3 days. We were so lucky. I HIGHLY recommend you go with United because I went with someone else two years ago and they scammed me and I ended up paying 2,000 more than they told me I was going to pay. And I had broken dishes and a broken tv. It was awful. You honestly cannot go wrong with United. They are a 10/10 in every category! Please if you value your things and yourself, go with United!!!

This was the third or fourth time I have used Hilldrup Moving and I would highly recommend them. Trish gives the very best, detailed list of everything to be moved and then you can go to their location and they will give you all the boxes, wrapping paper and tape that you will need. Then Chaundi becomes the co-ordinator for the actual move. She kept me informed about dates and times for my truck and movers. Bill and his crew arrived perfectly on time and got all our furniture and boxes moved in record time. The guys were practically running back and forth from the house to the moving van!! When they arrived at our destination we were again impressed with the quality and experience of the movers. Not one scratch or broken box. I hope I never move again, but if I did I would call Hilldrup!

Our experience has been positive from the first estimate to the last box unloaded. We moved over 1000 miles from a stuffed 4 bedroom two story home to a small apartment and two storage units. Trish was knowledgeable and truthful during the estimate. Chaundi kept in contact constantly and was always available for questioning. Clint was our driver and lead on the job and was courteous and careful with our belongings, double checking on all items from my piano to my mothers antique chandelier. His team was also kind, extra helpful, and went out of their way to be accommodating and responsible. I can not give this team enough stars. They truly oil extraordinary care of our items and our budget.

Load out from Florida was great but the load into my new place in Minnesota was a mess and unprofessional. The driver and the helpers (which they seemed to hire couple of bums off the street, did not no how to move furniture) got into a fight and were cussing each other out almost led to a fist fight. I mentioned this to the team and I didnt even get a follow up call or anything. I picked what I thought was a top company but got mom n pop service in the end. disappointed and mad.
