I have been using this space for years and then you came along as a new company and start charging $20 instead of 10 for a late fee and then on top of that I was forced to Carrie insurance but I feel if its secure behind the Gates why should I have to pay any insurance so do to that that is why I removed my items from your facility

Employees very helpful, unit was clean, only issue encountered was closure unit on door was rusted and out of alignment. This made opening, closing and locking the door almost impossible without a hammer to beat the handle in place.
