I swear to you guys I am so against writing a bad comment but what they did to me Made me write this just so no one could get this This is by far the worst company I have delt with in my life First it is very hard to get an appointment for a reason. Second this the price is a rip off First thing they charged me 3100 USD and then I asked for a discount which they reduced it to 1900 just imagine what a rip off Third Then whenever i call they tell me that your shipment has been sent and its on the ship at the moment which this was mid February Later after I recived the shipment after 4 months and it should take 6 weeks top. I saw the bill of lading and it says that shipment has been send 17/April which 2 months after they lied to me and said we sent it And fourth At the beginning they kept on sending emails back and forth which it took 10 days so they could write who is the sender and who will receive it and it took so much time and ofourse later I found out from the bill of lading that all names are wrong They wrote the senders name and recivers. The same and I kept on yalling on the phone with them hour could u write both names the same and it took you 10 days to get all info about the sender Please do not deal with this company there is so many

By far THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. because of my job i move a lot and sometimes unexpectedly. this was one of those times i had to move on short notice and picked the closest movers to my home. i had no problem with the movers but the business it self SUCKS. the movers show up with no boxes or supplies to pack my things. when i asked why not they said its an extra fee for them to bring boxes and another to pack everything. luckily i packed most of it myself to save time. the few things i didnt got packed during the move. fast forward two months after storage and the day of my next move.... they said the movers would arrive in a 2 hr time frame and they were 45 minutes late. after all my things were in my new home the movers quoted me a price $100 cheaper than what the office quoted me but my card is charged for the original price the next day. the office says the mover was wrong. theyre expensive and do not give you the best bang for your buck. i would never recommend this company to anyone. by far the worst moving experience i have ever had. i only gave them one star because of the movers were awesome.

Our move was planned in advance, updated and confirmed for a short move from Jacksonville to St. Augustine, a 1 hour drive. They called saying they couldnt move on original date so we agreed to the next day. When they arrived they had been told it was a small move so they had a smaller truck. Customer service was sacrificed, poor decision-making process ensued and time was wasted. We ended up paying much more because we paid for them to drive the small truck back and forth 3 times, and the move ended up taking 2 days to complete. After that move they said we would get a discount when we needed to move the furniture we had left in the house for staging. There quote for the second move was 3 times more than another competitor. I would not recommend them for anyone who is moving and would like to keep their sanity while moving.

Daniel and Amir were my movers and they were the best! The guys who were supposed to move me were held up on a job and so Daniel and Amir came to save me. They still arrived within the timeframe the company stated they would arrive. They were very friendly and worked quickly! It only took them an hour and a half but I already took cash out for a two hour job. I paid that and a little extra because they were just that great! Better price than anyone in town (trust me, I did my research and called everyone)and very professional. As a single woman having movers come into your home, you want to feel comfortable. I felt safe with them and we had a few laughs. I would recommend them to all my family and friends! Im not sure why anyone else had issues but I had a wonderful experience! Thanks guys!

Terrible, terrible , terrible. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. If you choose this company, proceed with caution. I booked them for a long distance move: the truck broke down so my items were delivered 5 days later; no one updated me, I had to call each time to get updates; they arrived at my home and was threatening to return with my items if I didnt pay an amount that was higher than the agreed amount; Someone at the company lied about my conversations with them (thank God I have the true conversation on text); the movers arrived and did not reassemble all the items.......it goes on and and on. I would give 0 stars but I got my items so thats the only thing here that was good.

After having a horrible experience with door to door movers aka apartment movers (the owner has no customer service experience) I came across 1st choice movers and boy am I glad I did! They should have been my 1st CHOICE!! Eddie and his partner did fantastic. They took their time wrapping all our furniture and treated it like it was their own. Not only did they do a great job but their prices are very reasonable and hard to beat. I will for sure be recommending 1st choice movers to my friends and family in the future. Thanks guys!

The movers were great. Had a hiccup with someone from the office and the owner and others have gone out of their way to make things up. They were on time, professional and careful with my stuff. Ill definitely use them again. They handled the stairs and difficult turns like champs. Description of work: I needed to move from a 2/1 apartment to a slightly bigger 2/2 apartment. No appliances, the couch and loveseat are basic with no recliners or hide-a-beds. Queen and full size beds. Basic stuff from a single person living alone.

This is a company that will gave you a price that you pay at the office, but upon arrival the drivers tell you to pay them extra in cash. To load and unload they want to charge you 125.00 an hour. They also wanted extra money to unload. We called the office and they were extremely rude and would not help us. The company had already been paid 1200.00 for the move at the office. They apparently have this secret fee that the drivers charge that is outrageous and inconvenient, the company should be up front with the charges.

Words cannot express how amazing Devin and Justin were! They were so professional, helpful, courteous, respectful, and kind! Oh and they were HILARIOUS. They definitely looked out for my mom and I, and they handled our furniture with the utmost care. I would definitely recommend this company, especially Devin and Justin to ANYONE planning on moving!
