We arranged to have Two Men and a Truck move our family of 4 from one part of Atlantic Beach to the other 0.7 miles away. We were supposed to be moved over 2 days, but the first two men balked at moving us the first day and rescheduled us to be moved in one day with the help of 4 men. The following day, movement throughout the day was slow, with one of the workers photographing my new house on his cell phone, and taking calls. As night drew closer, they wanted to leave me partially moved out and come back the next day. I explained that I had to be moved out that day, since my lease had ended, which is why I requested a 2 day move in the first place. I pushed them to move quicker and my wife and I helped in them move boxes. They completed the move late that night, with unopened boxes everywhere, including my garage, so that we could not put our cars in. The cost was over $2500. The office initially overcharged my credit card $80 over what my receipt stated, and that amount had to be refunded back to me. I gave each of the 4 workers a $50 cash tip. When we opened our boxes of blankets, which were all stacked together on the day of the move, the most expensive blanket (with the most sentimental value, of course) that we had just purchased in Mexico had inexplicably disappeared.

I had set up the move with Joe Cramer several weeks before my move. A week before the move he sent a "binding contract" which I was instructed to sign and return. He had the prices we had agreed to and then it stated that I could be charged up to $1500 nearly three times the agreed upon price. I whited that out and enter the agreed amount and sent it back to him. HE then called me and said for THEIR protection I had to leave it at $1500. I refused. He then said, well how about 20% over the agreed price. I told him Id rather rent a truck and have friends move me. He said that if I would not agree to pay up to $1500 he would not move me. So a week before my move I now have to scrammble around to find another mover. Luckily, I found one that will charge me a third of what Joes original quote was!! These guys are a bunch of crooks!! They think that they can do these sort of stuff at the last minute because you wont have time to find another mover.

Two men and a truck Jacksonville is a company filled with a bunch of irresponsible crooks. Do not use them, They dont care about your move they overcharge for moves and refuse to acknowledge mistakes. BUYER BEWARE! They dragged out my move, didnt bring enough supplies and charged me for having to wait on me to go get extra boxes from Home Depot. Cubsmart on Touchton Rd. declared they will never recommend them again because of some of the issues these drivers created! The GM claimed he didnt know what was going on. Even after calling the corporate office they still refuse to give me any compensation. GM "Pete" refuses to take any responsibility for anything that happens and blamed me that they didnt have enough boxes. The corporate office has logged this complaint as a violation of their brand. My goal is to help them loose that brand. I used to love Two Men and a Truck until I met this franchise. They dont deserve this brand! BUYER BEWARE!

A friend had used Two Men and Truck to move within Chicago, so after getting van line estimates, I contacted Two Men online in Jacksonville, FL since we were moving from Brunswick, GA to Lakeland, FL. Their services and prices seemed exactly what we needed and happily proved excellent in all respects. The two men who showed up on time worked tirelessly all day to help us finish packing and loading the truck and then drove to Lakeland the next day and unloaded and placed furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted, even though we were two hours late in arriving. Two weeks later we are mostly unpacked and nothing is broken or missing—dishes, glassware, TV, PC, bikes, lamps, etc. The price was right. The two mover-guys were outstanding. Will call Two Men soon for another job.

Two Men and a Truck knew exactly what I would need to get moved quickly. They sent 2 trucks and 4 wonderful, strong and extremely polite young men to handle everything for me. We had a couple hiccups with our closing which was delayed but TM&T even held my stuff on their truck overnight and delivered it to my new home after a morning closing the next day. I had used this company before and knew theyd be able to handle my stuff without anything getting damaged but this time they also helped to minimize my anxiety during the very stressful move days. The guys were funny and understanding and as I said before very polite. They did such a good job. I hope I never have to move again but if I ever do, I will definitely call TM&T.

We recently used Two Men and a Truck and our moving was fantastic! I dont know what that lady before was saying about that Joe guy, but he was very porfessional and really seemed to know his stuff. The office lady, Liz always return my call and answered all of my questions too! (I had a lot of questions!) As far as the move was concerned, i was very pleased. The moving crew arrived on time, and boy were they fast! I have never seen movers work like that! Its like their shoes were on fire! They were very nice and porfessional too, and even made sure that all my stuff was shrink-wrapped. Call that company when you want to move, they are the right choice if you need to get moved quickly and porfessionally!

Arrangements were made incredibly easy. The estimate was thorough and far more importantly - it was right on cost. The crew showed up exactly as scheduled and completed the job in 1/4 of the estimated time. They were far more careful with my belongings than any national moving company (and I have used them all). They were friendly and personable and two of the hardest working young men I have met in a very long time. They never once stopped to "take a break" or give me any impression they were "milking the clock" - especially considering my job was billed by the hour. What a magnificent experience. I will recommend them to any and all needing even the smallest moving assistance. Five stars isnt enough.

After a fantastic job opportunity in Jacksonville and being from Michigan I was worried about how I would get all my stuff across the country to Florida. A friend told me to contact Two Men and a Truck so I contacted the Jacksonville office and they were sooo helpful. I had a bunch of stuff pre-packed but I hired them to pack the big stuff. It took them about 4 days for our stuff to arrive in Florida which I was excited about because they said to plan on a week. They then unloaded our stuff very promptly and professionally. The move went very smooth and I would most definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck!
