Could not ask for a better experience. I got the moving dates confused. Was expecting three men and a truck on a Sunday morning (with two days notice at that). After 9:30 rolled around, I called to ask what the delay was. Jamin Sebastian informed me the move was scheduled for a week later. My wife and I started to worry. She had to start a new job on Monday morning in Palm Beach North (we were moving from Clermont) about 3 hours away, and our Association rules required any moving be done before 6:00pm. Well, they certainly came through. Jamin had SIX men and a truck at our house by noon. These professionals were cordial, careful and FAST. They padded and wrapped everything, made the drive and had us unloaded by the deadline. At our new home they even put all of the furniture in the exact places my wife wanted. These guys were talented and fast. Putting up with our confusion, the meddling and curiosity of our 9 year old son, and the time restraints. Our foreman, Jason, could not have done a better job communicating and making sure we were happy with everything. Believe all the five star reviews, this moving company is the best Ive ever seen (or even heard of). Thanks again to Jamin, Jason and the dedicated professionals at Sebastian Moving.

I just had my move today. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to another 2 bedroom apartment complex. Alex, Alex, and Juan were all fantastic. They really got my items loaded and moved quickly and efficiently. They took the time to wrap my furniture up and took care of my king sized bed as well. The guys were all very professional and wonderful. They were able to get everything moved from my 1st floor to the 3rd floor, and I didnt have any issues at all. I had one box that got a little crushed and they told me about it right away and apologized. It wasnt a big deal and nothing was damaged, but I really appreciated how they made me aware right away. They even made sure all my furniture was were I wanted it to be. They worked to get my move done quickly. I have used movers in the past who are slow and want to take their time, however these young men worked quickly to get everything done in a little over 4 hours. This included a 35 minute drive. I could not thank them enough for their hard work and being so wonderful. I will definitely call on Sebastian in the future for my moves and will recommend them to anyone looking for great movers.

I used Sebastian Movers for a complete packing job on a 3400 sq foot house, porch, and 3 car garage, plus a move. The owner came out in person at my request a few weeks ahead to discuss my options and give me a flat rate quote. The price was very reasonable. In fact I paid the same for a pack&move that I paid the last time I moved for just the move. Carlos and crew did a fantastic job of packing - even though I was really worried because we were disorganized and not entirely ready when they got there!!! Three guys packed my whole place lickety split, and were super careful. The next day Carlos and crew - 5 awesome hard working guys - loaded up 2 trucks in 95+ degree heat. They unloaded in the same weather and also managed to finish unloading in a huge rainstorm by getting the truck close to the garage and bringing in stuff that way. They put everything exactly where I wanted it and were very patient when I changed my mind a couple of times about where things should go. Most stuff went upstairs - a huge effort. I cant say enough how awesome this company is and how professionally they handled everything. Highly recommended.

I was moving across county and really worried about using PODs for the first time. Mainly about how my belongings would fare, but also whether I could fit my whole house in such a little box. Enter Sebastian Moving...I have never seen a company so dedicated to customer service and so willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything in my house was properly packed and shipped safely. From the minute the crew walked in the door until the time my move was complete, Sebastian Moving was an absolute pleasure to work with and anticipated and solved problems before they even arose. Would give 10 stars if I could, and would absolutely recommend to anyone, no matter what size or distance the move. Update: Just unloaded my POD after 2 weeks of travel. I am pleased to say, I had ZERO breakage and NOT A SINGLE scratch on an entire houses worth of furniture! I wasnt sure that was possible, but somehow Sebastian Moving did it!! Thanks again guys for the awesome move!

I had an excellent experience using Sebastian Movers yesterday and recommend them very highly! I was moving from 2 places to my new location: from my storage on the 3rd floor and additionally had to move some larger pieces from another apartment also on the 3rd floor. Jamin was easy to communicate with and I didnt feel like he was pressuring me or setting me up for a higher bill, which unfortunatey I experienced with every other company I was getting quotes from. In fact, Jamin suggested to me a more efficient sequence of moving from the 2 places to save me time and money, which I greatly appreciated. The crew he sent was: Juan, Tyson, and Moses, and they were all fantastic - they were highly professional, efficient, and worked very hard in the intense August heat in FL. They also arrived early which is unusual for movers. It took 2 hrs and 15 min, but Jamin very kindly charged me for only 2 hrs! Thank you all for making my move an easy and pleasant experience!

I contacted Sebastian Movers on short notice with a small window of opportunity and they were able to accommodate me. The movers were efficient, courteous and professional. I receive the same great customer service from Jason and Jarmin via phone. Juan and Benny wrapped, moved and unloaded a 5 BR home with only a minor incident. Although the desk was already not of the best quality, it suffered only a minor chip in the transport, they were more than willing to do whatever it took to repair it at no expense or inconvenience to me. Actually, when I got the desk back, it was more stable than before. I would definitely use them again and refer them to ANYONE needing a high quality, efficient mover. The icing on the cake is that their pricing is very reasonable. I wish I would have followed their advice and gone with 3 movers. They really know what they are doing and their suggestions are based on experience.

Great guys and excellent experience-would definitely use them again. They showed up on time and clearly had a game plan. They worked quickly and efficiently. They listened to instructions. The only complaint is the cost of the furniture pads-- they told me $8/pad WAY ahead of time, but i never dreamed I would use so many (almost $400 worth, essentially doubling the price of the move), but that is about the company NOT the movers themselves. And I believe they were using the pads appropriately to protect my items. UPDATE: Customer service is excellent and followed up with me immediately about my furniture pad cost concern and provided me with a partial refund. Honestly, I didnt even want to answer their call as I have had different companies follow-up on reviews before and been berated by them-- NOT the case here. Very polite, pleasant, customer-centered follow-up. Fantastic company! Would use them again!!
