I was very disappointed how our complaints with our move were handled with the owner. The movers did not deduct the time for the break the movers decided to take from our old house to our new one. The movers also told us that the initial inventory that we gave them, a 3rd mover should have been scheduled and since they only brought 2, my husband had to act as the 3rd mover in order to complete the move faster. They estimated 4.5 hours and it took 8 hours. We told the movers to move the heavy/large items first and if there was time, take the smaller things. They did the complete opposite which caused an extra 1 1/2 hours to load the truck. They also tried leaving without putting our furniture back together. The only discount they could give was $40 off the $800 move. When we complained about our situation to the owner he replied saying we were lying about everything and that since we yelled at his employees (which never happened), he was black listing us from his company. Not that we would use them again in the future. We felt we were overcharged by 2 hours and we were asking nicely to be refunded for just 1 hour ($100). So my best advice to anyone who is using this company, keep an eye on the movers to make sure they are following instructions, make sure they dont charge you for any breaks they take and make a note that if you are unhappy with this service, the owner (Chris) will just reply saying he is going to "black list" you. Hell take his employees side of the story, not the customers.

Chris and his company handled a move for us from Florida to Colorado. I knew that he booked up quickly and contacted him a few months before our move, and it was good I did. I was impressed with Chris and the process from start to finish. Chris himself came out to our place to give an estimate, which was fair. We also contracted them to tow one of our vehicles along with the household items. On moving day, Chris came on time with two associates. They spent around 3 hours loading up our household furniture and items, doing so quickly, efficiently, and carefully. The plan was that Chris would take off the next day (a Sunday) for Colorado and arrive very early Wednesday morning. They actually arrived on Tuesday afternoon, and the workers he used here to unload were, again, fast and efficient. Everything arrived intact, there was no damage to either home, the car was fine. Chris was very responsive to inquiries from start to finish. It was a great overall experience, and Id highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a move - whether it be across town or across the country.

We used Cento Family Moving & Storage to move our family of 4 from Ocala, Florida to Los Angeles, California. Chris was amazing from the first email. He worked hard to make sure our move was quick and easy. Everyone of the packers and movers were extremely courteous and friendly. They took great care of our belongings and made sure that every piece was wrapped and protected. They packed our entire house and moved it and our SUV across the country in just 5 days!! Nothing was damaged or broken and Chris even washed our car before arriving at our new home! We trusted Cento Movers with our cross country move and Chris made sure that he delivered on time (even with horrible weather and 3000 miles to cover). I highly recommend Cento Family Movers- top notch full service moving solution!!

While calling around for moving services, we were initially hesitant to hire Cento because they had the best prices. I was concerned about the level of service we would get for such a great price. I was wrong. Cento did a great job for us. I regret not remembering the names of the 2 guys that helped us, but they were efficient and hardworking. Ive hired several other moving companies in the past but the Cento guys were on another level. Their truck was clean, the covers they had inside the truck were clean and neatly folded, they were super careful wrapping all our furniture, they re-assembled everything they took apart... If youre thinking about moving and hiring a pro, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.

Ive moved 19 times in the past 24 years so Ive had lots of experience with moving companies. Ive used Cento Moving my past 2 moves in Orlando and will definitely use them again. Im very particular (borderline OCD) about my belongings, and they were meticulous and careful with everything while at the same time getting the job done quickly (and affordable). But what sold it for me is that everyone from the owner, office staff and moving crew is just super nice and a pleasure to work with. Moving is not fun so I appreciate the awesome attitude from the crew so it doesnt have to be any more stressful than necessary.

Simply Impressed! My family moved from Orlando to North Carolina (a huge move for us) and Cento was amazing. Bryant, Connie and the team took good care of my TV, expensive speakers, art, and a whole truck load of furniture etc. If we ever moved again I would use Cento. The prices all in were very good and most importantly everything arrived without a scratch or dent. Great job guys!

By far the best moving experience we have ever had. They showed up exactly at the agreed time and the two young gentlemen got to work right away. We appreciated that they took the time to wrap up a lot of our delicate items. The crew was professional and worked quick. I would absolutely recommend Cento and will use them again in the future.
