Many, many, many thanks to you, Terry, and all at Berman for making our move such a huge success. From talking with you, to talking with Nate to estimate the move, to working with Bob, who packed our wall art, to working with Rick and all who moved our household, the experience was wonderful. Each of you treated us with respect, took great care with our belongings and our houses, and made the experience fun! Even with the blizzard-like conditions on both ends of the move, as well as the drive between, everyone kept their great attitudes! We are extremely pleased with Berman Movers. The project manager, Bob Jacobs, was easy to work with from the planning stages to move completion. He was professional, addressed our concerns in a timely manner and handled minor setbacks in a calm and effective manner. Our office move took place over a holiday weekend. The moving team showed up on time, ready to work and worked efficiently. Even with some unforeseen snags in our moving plan, the team was able to get it all done and still come in under budget. We would highly recommend them!

2 weeks before my move, this company told me that they were available to move me. I called them again 4 days before my move and that was when they told me they were unavailable to move me. The receptionist who answered the phone was also extremely rude.
