We had to move from CT to FL but we had to store our household for over 4 months. PODs was the best answer. We could pack it our selves lock it and it would not be touched again until we unlocked it at the other end. No chances of damage from multiple times of loading and unloading to storage and trucks. The POD personnel we extremely helpful as well as flexible. You schedule a POD but if for some reason you need to change your schedule you can call as late as 4PM the day before its arrival, you can also have a POD made available after they picked it up so you can get back into it. We had to use both of services and they worked flawlessly. That is as flexible as can be. Lastly, when we unpacked we one picture frame and one glass broken. We were in the the military, we moved 11 times, we never had that little damage and those were professional movers. The POD system really works well as well as being economical. We moved from West Palm Beach to Jacksonville FL. We had a three month wait to get into our home so also needed storage. Our experience with PODS was excellent. Set everything up in one phone call and thereafter had online access to our info. They arrived at our home, set up the ( large) pod, were prepared to answer loading questions and were very pleasant. They picked up the pod when promised, transported it to JAX, stored and delivered on the established timeframe. Charges were exactly as stated, no hidden fees and our furnishings were just as we packed them. I would use them again without hesitation.

My first time moving by myself from a huge house to an apartment. It was the most easy, secure and awesome way to move, I had enough time to place my stuff in my POD during the month until I finished without any presure from a regular Moving company, easy to place everything inside and much easy even to unload the POD. The driver "a real professional" he placed my POD just as the way I told him. I highly recommended for anybody who wants to experience the best way to do the moving! Thank you and I will do it again.

My PODS experience was great. We had a major move from California to Florida and knew we would have to store our POD for awhile after it got to Florida. Pricing was very good. We saved alot of money and hassle by not moving it ourselves. I would definitely recommend PODS to anyone planning a move. All of our items arrived at our new home in the same condition we packed them. Remember to stack things as right as possible. Use moving blankets and furniture straps to avoid any scratches- this worked well for us!

I moved from Henderson, NV. to Jacksonville FL. in February 2017. PODS did everything they said they would, and it was a great experience. Nothing arrived damaged, and I had no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would, however, recommend that if you are moving a 3 bedroom house you get 2 PODS as one will fill up quickly.
