It was a pleasure working with ACE Relocation in Orlando, FL for my move! I could not have been happier about the quality, logistics and satisfaction of my recent cross-country move. Their services are incredible. The packing, loading and delivery days went very smoothly. All involved were knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. They handled my items with the utmost care. Not one item was damaged or missing! Thanks to Kojack, Jeff, and Larry for packing my belongings in Florida, Ed for driving my belongings across the country and unpacking along with Alex and Galvin. The delivery window was a few weeks long, but they arrived much sooner. I had Brandy as my ACE Representative and she was great at keeping in touch, keeping me updated and was overall super helpful. Candace did my in-home estimate and was my initial contact and she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful in coordinating my move. I chose to use a company recommended by ACE for auto transport (A-AAA) and they were great as well. I was extremely pleased with the quality and ease of my move. Thank you to everyone for making things go so smoothly! I would highly recommend them for your move!

This is now the fourth time I have used Ace moving. Every experience I have had with them has been positive. The crew I got this time around was nothing short of awesome! They were very personable and extremely careful in moving all my furniture and equipment. I usually dont let the moving companies move all my expensive electronic equipment (computers, studio monitors, etc.), but once they got there and showed such care in loading all my other stuff, I knew it would be okay to let them take the extra equipment. I was not disappointed and everything arrived safely and in perfect working condition. As an added bonus they also provide you with all the boxes needed for you to pack everything (provided you are not going to have them pack for you). This is an added bonus as I hate having to go out and purchase boxes that I am literally going to use for all of a few days and then immediately discard throw out. If you need to move, there is no better company you can pick to do your move. In the multiple times I have used them I have never been disappointed!

I wish I could give zero stars. I contacted this company and they had Richard Hartley come out to my home and give me a quote on moving fees. I corresponded with him over weeks (because it took him days/weeks to reply to me) and then he stopped responding. After sending a lot of emails trying to get back in contact with him (at this point, I had less than a week before I needed to move out), he told me that the money wasnt there to do the move he had quoted me on and that he was going to go to speak with his "higher ups" and get back to me by the next day with the outcome. He never contacted me again or responded to my emails/phone calls. I am infuriated with their lack of professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not help you, in fact, they are a hindrance. Contact every other possible mover before going through this company, especially if you learn that your consultants name is Richard Hartley.

If I could give the Orlando outfit of this business NO Stars, I would do so! Two gents 18ct gold signet rings were stolen by one of their employees when our house contents were collected from Davenport, Fl. on December 19 and 22. A new picture frame was also dropped on the stairs and damaged. Ace Relocations have had over three weeks to respond to this - but have not even bothered to contact us! I cannot say how disappointed we were to have used this company. They obviously dont care about the theft or the damaged picture frame. To add insult to injury their employees wrote on their paperwork that many of our NEW FURNISHINGS were either scratched, damaged or soiled! Obviously we refused to sign their paperwork as these were complete lies!!! When asked why they had done this, the answer was "Thats to cover ourselves". Use the Orlando bunch at your own peril - you have been warned...

I have used Atlas moving in the past and after the representative came out from Ace to quote our home, I realized something different. I have moved my family several times in our lives and this one was special. Candace was very thorough in her evaluation. She stated what the course of events would be and the crew lived up to those expectations. Terry Ann setup the day and followed up the day after to ensure all was fine. Joe Damico and his crew of three men were outstanding in providing a stress-free move that involved taking our custom pool table to a second-floor environment along with a front-loading washer and dryer. The positive attitude of Joes team provided a high level of comfort and satisfaction and a timely pick up and delivery secured our confidence that we would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to move their familys possessions.

I am a repeat customer of ACE Relocations because they are the best. In my case 4 times in 3 years and that includes 3 cross-country moves and one inter-city. For our latest move in Orlando, the crew who helped us was extremely professional, on time, sincere and performed the job to near perfection. Items were inventoried, electronics / picture frames were wrapped carefully, and even the smallest loose item was picked up. At the delivery location, The items were placed exactly where we asked them and not a single item damaged. It just seemed like a well oiled machine. This applies to all the other moves as well. The support staff on the backend completes the picture. Always on time for appointments e.g.work estimation, prompt response to emails / phones. Ace Relocation feels like a business who really wants to have repeat customers.

From beginning to end a WONDERFUL experience. There is enough stress that goes with moving but from the moment the coordinator/estimator, Andrea, arrived to the moment the moving truck pulled away it was a delight. The staff and team that packed and moved were nothing but professional and courteous. The coordinator in California, Jennifer, was outstanding in her communication and the experience was unbeatable. Their cleanliness and consideration of our belongings was outstanding and their care and handling was meticulous. I highly recommend anyone to consider their services. We have personally referred three others to use them and their expectations were well exceeded. Got it???? We are delighted!

I recently moved and used Ace Relocation for the second time. A rep is personally sent to your home. You have the opportunity to walk through your home with them so they can give you an accurate quote. They stay in touch with you until moving day. I had four guys show up on moving day. They all introduced themselves and shook my hand. They handled my belonging with care and worked professionally to get the job done right. I also received follow up phone calls after my move. I could not have asked for anything more from this company. Much thanks to Amanda, Kim and the guys who made this recent move much easier for me.

I am so glad I chose Ace to move me. As I was being moved out of my condo building a new tenant was being moved in and their moving company opened the back of their truck and all their belongings were just thrown into the truck not wrapped or anything. My movers packed and wrapped every single item I had and the difference between the two trucks was amazing. My movers took a quick picture of the other companys truck to show their boss. My move went very smooth and it was done under the time quoted and cost me less which was the best part. I will use Ace for all my moves for now on. Thank you Ace.
