HAD a friendly staff. I dont know what happened over the past year but its absolutely RIDICULOUS now!! Proceed with caution. Disappointing and negative experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars for their customer service.

HORRIBLE!!!! Rates are high for the area! The customer service sucks....theyre only nice to you if theyre collecting money. And it makes NO DIFFERENCE what the situation is, THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU!
