A++ 5*s I was looking for storage and couldnt find one for a reasonable price and PMS delivered. They have multiple locations to choose from so it made it easier, quick, in&out. The staff seemed more like small business owners who truly cared for their clientel and for that reason alone I will be choosing PMS next time I need them. I would also like to say that the storage units were as flawless as the experience, clean and as described. Thanks for making my moving an easy transition and setting me up with a moving truck directly!

I cannot begin to enlighten you on how awful this infestation is... There is rodents roaches spiders and all kind of hideous smells and pee on my personal belongings... It is like something out of a horror movie. I have never had an infestation in any of my home and the belongings and I am utterly amazed this facility has a 5 star rating seeing everything I saw today.

Its a storage facility. Price is a bit high, but I guess average these days. Brought home cockroaches after having my things in there for 5 months. When I moved out, I didnt get a discount for the month although my stuff was only in there for 2 days of said month.

Met the relief manager today, Mrs. Sher Edwards. She made the transaction pleasant and quick. Her professionalism is refreshing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean and dry.
