I have only had household goods in storage here for about half a week, but right off the bat I can say Im happy with my decision to store with Extra Space Storage. The management here is beyond friendly. Good customer service is huge to me wherever I go, and these guys have got it down to a science. They run a tight ship and cleanliness and security are among their top priorities. The grounds and facilities are new and well-kept. No trash, no damage, and theres a sturdy gate completely surrounding the property. Entry requires a personal access code, and one of the managers lives ON SITE, so your belongings are well-looked after. To be fair, the price is a LITTLE higher but well worth it when you consider "you get what you pay for." Thanks Extra Space Storage!!

I love the Deland Extra Space I have used them twice so far once was for my trailer it was great to know that when you have something parked outside it is safe and well looked after. There is always staff on hand to help out and they are always monitoring the cameras. I am currently using one of the units there I am still very happy the place is well lit and clean in fact every time I go they are always out and about maintaining and keeping up on the facilities. Once again I cant say enough about the staff they know everyone just about by name so if you dont belong they will know. I would not go anywhere else and I always recommend and speak highly of the Deland location. Very Happy Customer Thanks Again

I have had nothing but great experiences with this storage facility! I have utilized this particular facility for 4 years and the staff is super friendly & will go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The facility is always super clean and you can tell each of the members of the staff want their customers to be happy and take pride in their work! From time located the facility on line we found the Site easy to navigate and very informative. We filled out a contract on line after doing open chat, which was simple also. Arriving at store, we found the manager to be very helpful. The manager showed us several units to choose from and we rented two different size units to fit our needs. When we started moving in the manager came by to make sure everything was satisfactory. The units them selves were like new and we could not be happier with entire experience. Thank you, EP Phil

I have had my storage for over 5 years. The employees there, Brenna and George are so faithful and considerate in calling me ahead of time so I dont accrue any late fees. I get a personal call with a very pleasant staff every month if necessary. I never worry about my treasured belongings. Its great experience dealing with Brenna and George and their extraordinary personal level of customer service. I look forward to hearing from them!

I have rented my unit in Deland for over a year. The managers, Brenna and George, have together made my rental experience an easy one, and pleasant as well. Each have been helpful when i had (often) had questions regarding storage. Now that i do have a place to use my belongings, and am emptying my storage unit here, it is bittersweet, - wonderful to have my own things in my own home, but sad to leave Extra Space and the kind staff.

I stored there in 2014 and was hit with a 15% price increase in 4 months. I raised enough hell to get that put off - but they got me a year later - same amount. Probably get the same a year from now. Its just wrong and misleading to advertise, set up an agreement, and then raise prices this much this quick. The facilities and staff are fine but the corporate (NYSE Co.) plan is tough on customers. Look for local Storage Companies...
