After renting a 15 ft uhaul from this location I got a call a day after returning it since they were closed Sunday. The location called me to add more fuel saying I was under. I had only drove 19.6 miles, 8 of those miles were driven unloaded. Doing the math, estimating 8 mpg, I added 2.5 gallons originally so when they called I was surprised. The needle was just a tad below the 7/16 mark. I went back and took the truck to the gas station down the road. With the truck running I put one gallon in, the needle didnt move. I put another in, then checked. Still it didnt move. After the 3rd gallon I checked again and still it didnt move. Then finally after 4 gallons the needle finally popped way above to 9/16. I brought the vehicle back upset that they wasted my time and money with an old beat up truck with a gas gauge that sticks. I tried explaining the math of the mpg with my fuel receipts in hand to the redneck manger with bad feathered hair and she just looked confused and just stuck to a chart explaining were the needle should be. I asked for a refund of the excess gas off my total because of the faulty equipment. She just kept ignoring me and stuck to her little fuel gauge chart. Which did nothing but frustrate me. I walked out, saying Ill be sure to post a review of your horrible service. I later called to get the area mangers info and he was just another redneck that was also no help. Avoid this location! The management is completely incompetent and the vehicles they have are in horrible shape. From a broken mirror on the vehicle, to a hole in from drivers side corner. Overall on a 1-10scale I treasure this place a -1

Was not pleased with the service given to me at this establishment. When trying to pay rent within the grace period, I would experience issues from their staff such as "our server is down" and "Were experiencing technical difficulties with our internet system". Thats fine, just dont slap me with a late fee when my rent is past due because you cant process it when I contact you numerous times and try to pay within the grace period. I contacted the owner via email to dispute the fee only to receive no response. The store as a whole was inconsistent with offering basic resources like reliable internet service, customer service, and credit/debit pay during my time there, and somehow I had to pay extra as a result of it. All of their actions have reflected is that this company is only worried about acquiring new consumers, and has no concept of customer loyalty or facility maintenance. This is a business, and these places stay in business because we pay for their goods and services; Goods and services that, after I close my contract with Spring Garden Self Storage, I will not be returning to purchase again. I would not recommend this business to others.

If I could afford to move my TWO units to another facility I would. Gates are always open, the chain link fence was unlocked and open for anyone to walk in. I left a voicemail and woman Yvonne called me back and said "its not like we are in the ghetto." Those were exact words to me when I told here I was concerned about my belongings and their lack of security. I purchased three mattress bags and stretch plastic wrap and after the move I didnt open or use all of it they said they so they do not take returns. Theres nothing on my receipt stating this or their website. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE!! I cant wait to get my personal belongings out of my TWO units. Pay the extra price To go somewhere else.

I rented a 20 x 30 climate controlled unit for a little over a year. I feel like the price i paid per month was more than fair and the facility / grounds were kept extremely clean. I trusted that my possessions were being kept safe from bugs, weather, etc. The Manager, Yvonne, (I think that is her name) was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any storage needs.

Took over a unit at this location after a family member passed away. Unit was horrific- rat feces everywhere and even found a dead rat in the unit. When management was confronted the response was "at least we know our rat poison is working." I personally have a unit at another location down the road and have never had any issues with rats. This is unacceptable!

Clean, fast and friendly! Weve been with Spring Garden Self Storage for over a year and weve had nothing but easy acess, flexible operating hours and decent pricing! Its so nice to know your valuables are kept somewhere safe and clean.
