Simply Self Storage definitely has the best prices in the area, but it has its ups and downs. Ive had a unit here for years and never had any real issues, but there are inconveniences. The facility only gives access until 10pm, which is fine for me but there are other storage facilities that offer 24/7 access. The placement of the keypad to exit the gate is not very convenient, either, and there is limited space to park if you are trying to get to an inside unit. The first issue that I had was a few months ago; my bank sent me a new credit card with a chip in it, but that changed the expiration date on the card so my payment for my storage unit was declined. I called and explained this to them over the phone, and they told me that they would waive the "late fee" if I came in and updated my information, but when I did that they charged me the fee anyways. The other issue that I had was when I went up there this past weekend, the automatic sliding glass door was broken with no sign about it not working, so I couldnt enter the building to get to my unit from that side after already having gone through the gate. When I got inside finally the air conditioning was also broken, which is something that I feel like they should notify people about. Overall you cant beat the price for these units, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I went To simply Self Storage by referral of a friend who keeps his boat there. If you want a place that has high standards and plenty of security for your items this is your place. Extremely affordable. David Mercado was so helpful he went above and beyond to help me get taken care of quickly. I had a really bad situation I had to handle quickly and he really put me at ease and helped me with no notice. 5 star service it was very clean and well maintained and I am visiting a week after the hurricane. My experience is great with them. The staff is friendly specially Carissa. I reserve my storage online and when i went to the store to see it and sign the contract I realize it was not what i was looking for. Carissa helped me to find another one suitable for my needs. This is my 2nd time using them and I do not have any complains.

I was a previous tenant and came back because of how wonderful they care for their customers. They make sure you are truly satisfied! Of course I will always be coming back here if I need to.
