I was in the Sanford Public Storage the first part of August. The first thing I noticed was all the packing supplies available. The store is very clean. I was greeted by an employee named Karen who was very helpful. I was getting some information on prices and sizes of storage units for my upcoming move. She was very helpful and gave me suggestions on the supplies I would need to pack. After she pointed out all the uses for stretch wrap I decided to purchase it right away. My move will be at the end of September. I plan on renting a unit at the Sanford Public Storage. I will go there soon to purchase the House Pack that she suggested. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in getting their moving questions answered, getting great customer service and the right packing supplies for the job.

I have had three different units here over the last two years, and Ive been happy with the access, price and service. Price is lower than most locations in the area. A few things about this particular location: it is open and feels safe; the turn-in from Hwy 17 is wide and easy, even in a 24 ft truck, and is accessible from either direction; unlike some locations, the sill on the doorways outside averages only about an inch, making it easier to use a pallet jack or dolly. New managers say that they will be updating and improving the deteriorating vehicle gate. They were very helpful and friendly when I moved into a smaller space.

Had to change my 4 star review to a 1. Wish I could rate it 0. I have had an indoor storage unit at this facility for 5 years and paid over $6,000. For the first time there are rats in my unit, Im assuming from an adjacent unit since Ive never had an issue before. Ive told the manager 3 times now. The rats are worse, even after placing rat bait, and the pest control company has failed to show up evidently. The insurance they force you to acquire covers only $250 worth of belongings damaged due to vermin. Oh, and you have to pay a $100 deductible. Dont trust your belongings here!!!

I was recently at the Sanford Florida Facility getting information about my upcoming move from Ohio. Karen was very helpful and gave me a tour of the facility to explain what size I would need to temporarily house my belongings until I find a permanent residence. She also took the time to explain to me what products I might need to better protect my belongings for the long move. Thank You Public Storage for hiring such a kind and knowledgeable employee.

The property was clean and well kept. Climate control area was nice. I was surprised to see so many parking spaces. Nice location and easy to find. Karen - she was extremely helpful by giving me all the information I needed about the units. I did not rent a unit this time, as I am needing it only in the near future, but she gave me a tour of the property. She was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend location to friends.

I will pick this storage again. Everyone have been very good to me and my mother she doesnt speak English but we always had someone to help so she could understand I have been in this storage for over then a 1 year and my mother has been here a little over. Well this is for everyone that wants a good and safe place and good customer service this is your place

We did not have one problem finding the perfect storage, Josie was the best person to work with. We arrived 10 mins before closing and she insisted she would stay to help us get a storage unit. Brie and kim were so wonderful. Was not sure as to what size i was needing and they found me the perfect size that was right in my budget.
