I am was new comer to Orlando, FL on March 17th 2015 and I had to carry all my luggage from under the Greyhound Buss around w/me for days until I met a nice man who told me about Private Storage. I remember carrying well over 100lbs around on my back daily also extra weight in my arms and both of my hands full to the max, causing much discomfort (*PAIN ) all over my entire body and this was a ->-> ALL Day everyday circumstances and was I ever exhausted when I entered the office at Private Storage on OBT. I 1st. met a really nice professional named Jean Desroches (Property Manager ) who was very knowledgeable concerning the Business that I was entering into w/Private Storage and I felt safe doing business because of Professional ethics. I checked out the prices and sizes of each storage open and settled on a 5X5 storage and later I upgraded to a 5x10 , but since the price was almost the same for either storage, well I know that I got a real deal. I havent mentioned that after the Property Manager Jean greeted me he handed me a nice cold->->cold bottle of ice water and boy! I was parched and ever so grateful to get my thirst quenched. Jean also pulled up his motorized cart and offered to help me getting myself and my belongings to my new storage. I was shocked at this act of kindness, because it was a huge relief on my back. I mentioned earlier in this review that I had later upgraded from a 5x5 to a 5x10 storage, well when I had signed the paperwork w/Private Storage Jean again offered to assist me in moving my belongings to the other unit and I was glad to get the help. my current storage unit is 0G052 and I Sherri Knight highly recommend that people unclutter their homes and garages and sign up w/Private Storage and tell Jean Desroches that I gave you personally the referral. I enjoy doing business w/Private Storage because my life is stress FREE knowing my valuables under lock-&-key, surveillance and backed w/insurance.

They rented to me for over two yrs, when I had domestic issues, and lost my home with my son, they were all business. No breaks..sold all my belongings, I was waiting on my tax check, it came 4 days after they auctioned off all our worldly possessions. So, yeah all business. This company.
