Ive been with my neighborhood storage center for about 2yrs now and have had a wonderful experience since the begining. When I first came they were offering a promotional discount for different units and I was glad to be able to recieve one for mine. Ive been assisted many times by the nice people whom work at the oakridge location, From paying my bill, to needing help with my unit, theyve been great. I remember one time I went in to bring some stuff to my storage unit, which is outside and when I got done I put the lock on and it broke off in my hand. I was so devastated. It was about 6pm, I figured nobody was in the office and Id have to go to the nearest store and look for a good lock, thatd probably be expensive. So as I look over by the office, I saw John Robles, the manager at that location, tiding up the place. I knocked on the door and thankfully he opened. I explained my situation and he gladly assisted me in getting a good lock at special rate. I was so relieved to have come across him staying late because it really saved my day and gave me an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the customer service and helping hand he gives out and they try to implement in their employees and managers. Thank you John Robles & my neighborhood storage unit for your great service!!

Clean units in good condition. Dont have to worry about bugs in ur unit or doors not opening or closing correctly due to rust or mosquitoes attacking you while getting ur stuff. Only downside is gate closing too fast after entering code
