I actually considered moving my belongings to this location solely because of Christina H. - she goes above and beyond for the customers I have stood in the store waiting to pay and listened to her show compassion and kindness with clients - one time in particular stands out - last year a father mother and daughter were in front of me they had called the 800 number to make reservations for a climate control unit and the $1. move in special they had messed up the order he was extremely rude and belligerent yet Christina kept apologizing and reassuring them that her manager would make it right he asked if her name was _______and she said yes - he said no she will not I have had dealings with her she is useless and does not return calls - she kept her composure and professionalism - I wanted to step in and help because it was not her fault for the error - I have 4 units at a different location and I miss her smiling face

Ive worked with many storage companies and my experience with this Public Storage facility is worthy of more than 5 stars. It is one of the cleanest facilities and Christina treated me extremely well. I wanted a storage unit on the first floor and settled for one on the second floor since all of the first floor units were rented. When my movers arrived and wanted to charge me more for moving my furnishings into a second floor unit. Christina quickly switched me to a first floor unit that had just been emptied. She was so kind and thoughtful and even though my movers were difficult, she kept her composure. I wont soon forget how well I was treated by her. She definitely saved the day for me and should be commended for her kindness and professionalism.

I came in to pay my bill at the start of the month, i dealt with the nicest young woman Amanda, she was with another couple so i stayed back as she said she would be with me in just a moment. As she was finishing up with the couple. A man rushed in angry his code was not working. . . Amanda immediately told the couple to have a wonderful rest of the day they left with a smile knowing she was getting busy.. She then told me again she is so sorry and helped the gentleman quickly as to not make him more upset. She was able to take my payment and during all this she never once dropped that smile off her face. .. we chatted until another paying customer came in.. i highly recommend Amanda as anybody storage manager.

Christina was very helpful and patient in addressing our storage needs. Many times upper management receives complaint letters when upset however, it is the habit of our company to make sure upper management is notified when an outstanding compassionate employee goes above and beyond to make their company look good. We met with her manager Rose and now we know why (more of the same). It is obvious that Public Storage training programs work well and Corporate should take note on the files of these 2 great employees. Christina and Rose should always be considered for promotions to spread their contagious and upbeat character. All my best Luis AGI

Lori and Vi were of great assistance, so much attention to detail went a long way. I am a first time user and they are so specific with what is important there was no need to ask any questions, they are very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. Will definitely use them again at this location and will recommend them to anyone I know who need a storage unit. Also the units and the property look very clean and there is allot of attention to security. Cameras and codes, A+...side note I tried doing this review yesterday but my phone died again before I could post it, sorry.

I worked with Christina, formerly at the Oviedo location but now transferred here to Casselberry. She was incredibly kind and patient with my situation, which was complicated due to my living out of state. She assisted me with a complicated move-out involving multiple vendors. She made excellent recommendations, helped me to sort out what would be needed, and above all she was generous with her time and extremely friendly. Christina really went above and beyond what was required, and I could not recommend her service more - regardless of which location she serves.

Abraham, Vi, Christina and Lilly are the new FAB 4 in my book. Im there because Abraham and Vi were so knowledgeable and professional. They werent the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Easy and secure access with long entry hours. And when I didnt need storage anymore Christina and Lilly made closing out quick and easy. They were so nice to me and my dog I feel like I want to come back just to visit. Choose this particular PS Storage location and youll feel like youre among friends who care. Because they do. And thats worth everything!

I worked with Gilbert when I initially rented a storage unit from this location. Hes extremely friendly and informative. The pricing is fair and I never encountered any unexpected fees or prices. When it came time to move my belongings, I had lost my key to the unit. Leanette was just as friendly and helpful in walking me through the steps to gaining entry into my storage unit. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage space. Easily a 5 star establishment.

This public storage location is, hands down, the best! Why you may ask? The manager Christina is outstanding. She will do everything in her power to make sure your move in is easy! Christina has the best personality and she loves her customers! You will be well taken care of for sure. The facility is very clean and secure. Moving is stressful enough especially when you dont know how long your items will be stored anywhere. Christina was such a great person to deal with. Unfortunately I did not rent at this particular storage location, she helped me find the best location for what I needed. My experience overall was great! For almost two years I was able to work with Christina, she was amazing in every way. She knew my mother that passed away last March and has been nothing but a blessing since then! Anything I needed with the storage unit, she was there to help. Thank you again. This place is amazing, the property manager Christina is extremely helpful, friendly, and will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. The storage itself is maintained wonderfully and is extremely safe, they leave absolutely nothing for you to worry about. Great location, great storage, and great manager, if I could I would give 10 stars.
