This is the absolute worst freight company Ive EVER dealt with. The delivery drivers lie, their customer agent is extremely rude and the customer service is non-existent. I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill on Jan. 22, 2011. The first delivery attempt by Security Van and Storage was on Feb. 4, 2011 at 5:30AM. I had missed several of the delivery drivers calls attempting to deliver as I had an alarm problem that morning. I understand this to be my fault. However, the last driver call was at 5:30AM. I called him back at 5:35AM and made six more attempts and left two voicemails between this time and 6:14AM. None of these calls were answered or responded to by the driver. I called and spoke to their customer representative, Julie, who was extremely rude and uncooperative. I ended up scheduling a second delivery attempt through their parent company, Home Direct USA. At that time my delivery service had been upgraded due to the initial problems. The treadmill was scheduled to be redelivered on Feb. 8, 2011. The delivery driver arrived at my house around 9:50AM (a much more reasonable time than 5:30AM) and asked my wife where she wanted the treadmill. She told him it was going upstairs in our bedroom. He then stated that we did not have the upgraded delivery service. My wife then called me at work. As I was speaking to her, I overheard the delivery driver state to his associate, “Put it back on the truck.” My wife then said, “You’re not going to put it back on the truck until we get this issue resolved.” The driver then said emphatically, “How are you going to stop me?” to which my wife responded, “Excuse me?” Again he said, more emphatically, “How are YOU going to stop me?” I told her to tell him to put it back on the truck. After he left, my wife told me she was shaking because he was a VERY LARGE man. I take what he said as a threat to my wife. My wife called them again later in the day and, once again, Julie answered and accused my wife of threatening the driver first by telling him not to put the treadmill back on the truck. My wife became very aggravated and Julie hung up on her. As you can see, this company is the MOST worthless delivery company on the planet and does not deserve to be in business. Upon trying to speak to a supervisor at the company, our request was refused repeatedly. If you ever need something moved or stored in the Orlando area......PLEASE....PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

When originally bought vehicles within a week apart check engine light started to come on, advised the owner BUT as of yet still waiting for him to get back with me! Which that has already been worked on, now I am 6 days past due on my payment on one vehicle and called to advise that I would make it on my next pay period to tell one of their sons and apparently it was ok with him TILL I mentioned that I didnt appreciate them disclosing my past due payment with the person who referred me to, his answer was "we were trying to get in contact with you", Ive never heard of this and Im going to look into that! Now they are changing the due date to today and threatening to pick up vehicle if not paid by the end of today. Also apparently they also cant refer to a mechanic that can do my brakes TILL Im caught up with my payment! If this is how so called Christians run a business then Id be scared if they werent christian like! The wife called me right away w/ an attitude after i called out her baby boy, she needs JESUS! Oh and Im still waiting for the owner to call me! This is not professional at all!
