Working with The Storage Group has been a very frustrating experience. I had been complaining to the SEO department that there might have been something wrong that was causing us to not rank well organically even though we were paying for Premium SEO. I thought the $425/mo was to make sure there were not NAP errors, etc, but even after paying for 3 months of Premium SEO I still found differing phone numbers, and directories that said we are not yet open. I also had to bring to their attention that we were not yet verified by Yelp or Bing. This was rectified only after I brought it to their attention. I have brought to their attention many other things in the Web Site that would have me believe that little attention has been given to our site. You might consider hiring a local web designer that has more accountability.
